smart software to manage Recruiting

It is extremely easy to use. I recommend Freshteam to any business that wants to grow. It is quite simple to track and work together with coworkers on this.

Pros

The free edition is a fantastic deal for an SMB to manage basic tasks like monitoring personal time off.

Cons

Live chat function does not work. So need to improve it.

Very fluid and easy to use

This product extremely smooth and soothing to use. Onboarding to the tool was also easy and guided process.

Pros

The tool was very smooth and super intuitive to use. Great Design Configurability of enabling some part of the tool.

Cons

They can improve on onboarding and off-boarding part of the user. I was expecting some kind of automation in place for this.

Excellent for the free tier, a bit expensive otherwise

We use it to track applicants, and then employees' salary, terms, etc.

Pros

The free tier is enough to get you started if you're a small startup, and it has a load of features needed

Cons

Some basic features are missing, like the company tree, which makes no sense not to have, especially when you can see a tree for an individual employee

Overall good and useful software.

Pros

It's easy to use and even for small business there is a free version that has all you need.

Cons

The paid plans are for small business to expensive but luckily there is a free version. Good would be if there is a possibility of a custom domain for the free version as well.

Great. The user interface/user experience is straightforward, clear, and simple to use. I really like how I can store and classify canned replies before sending them out as automatic emails.

Pros

It's simple to use, apply, and onboard others, which I enjoy.

Cons

As I realise the limits that come with each bundle, there's not much I dislike

Pros

The ATS feature is very Good. The Admin/Super Admin has good control and features.

Cons

Certainly certain areas need refinement. But the pricing is too expensive. There is no dedicated SPOC who will act as a backend support unlike their competition.

I bought $50 per month option and was never able to post a job because never got my issues with customer support resolved.

Pros

Ease of UI. I understood how the software works quickly.

Cons

Customer service was terrible. They take 4 days to reply and live chat feature does not work either.
