The tool was very smooth and super intuitive to use. Great Design Configurability of enabling some part of the tool.

They can improve on onboarding and off-boarding part of the user. I was expecting some kind of automation in place for this.

The free tier is enough to get you started if you're a small startup, and it has a load of features needed

Some basic features are missing, like the company tree, which makes no sense not to have, especially when you can see a tree for an individual employee

Tha fact that it had a web for my compnay and it was very cheap

A bit difficult to use and doesnt have video interviews

Freshteam was very easy to setup and integrate into our website (embedding).

It's easy to use and even for small business there is a free version that has all you need.

The paid plans are for small business to expensive but luckily there is a free version. Good would be if there is a possibility of a custom domain for the free version as well.

The ATS feature is very Good. The Admin/Super Admin has good control and features.

Certainly certain areas need refinement. But the pricing is too expensive. There is no dedicated SPOC who will act as a backend support unlike their competition.

The job postings board/website was really appealing to me. It also allows recruiters to contact directly with applicants through the portal.

Nothing much. The freemium package helps startups to have a good job posting platform in the initial stage

The platform is great for small teams. It gives you everything you need at an affordable cost.

I would say features like growth structures or training calendars would be nice.
