Pros

It has served as a great barrier breaker for our managers and employees. The consistent questions/scores allow us to track how people are feeling over time which is majorly impactful.

Cons

The customer service team is great at taking feedback and they've continued to refine their product, perhaps a bit too often as it regularly changes and getting used to the nuances takes time.
