Being able to schedule interviews directly with Google Calendar saved me hours of work. The automatic reminders for interviewers to leave feedback also saved me the trouble of doing that manually.

Pros

- Integration with GSuite (calendars, email, contacts, etc.) - Customizable - Insightful reporting features

Cons

There are some areas that I would like to be able to customize more (e.g. turn off email notifications for every new application).

Other benefits Google hire is that it aims to facilitate the work of the people in charge of recruiting personnel.

Pros

What I like the most is the fact of being able to communicate with applicants through Gmail, and the possibility of using Google Calendar to schedule interviews and record the interviewer's program in detail.

Cons

UU UU with less than a thousand employees, and its operation is to offer a base of potential customers (ie, users of the Google network, whether Google+ profiles, emails, etc.).

The integration from our previous platform was absolutely seamless.

Ideally we'd be able to track the metrics for each stage (100 resumes received, 8 phone screens, 4 interviews, 2 simulations, 1 offer, etc).

Beats using a spreadsheet and having everything all over the place. It has made hiring a much more painless process.

The search is really powerful and a huge time saver. Google is constantly developing and improving the features.

A lot of time back in the day, along with a product that gets the hiring manager and their teams more involved in the recruitment process.

Pros

Additional add-ons through G suite that continue to make recruiting easier every day.

Cons

Initially had an issue with incorrect time zones being sent to candidates when scheduling interviews causing some confusion, but that issue was worked out quickly.

Is it really very comfortable and easy to use, but a very big functional is missing.

This is our first software for Recruiting and I have big doubts that it is the best one.

Pros

- ease of use - connection with the G-Suite - all information about candidate in one place - good layout

Cons

- doesn't connected with LinkedIN and doesn't load a profile from there - there is no possibility to customize documents, which are loaded to the candidate's profile - no possibility to delete or change the name of department if mistake was made and the same for the rejection reasons These are the main features which we are missing a lot and which make our work with G-Hire very uncomfortable.

Great and easy to use hiring tool with limited infomation due to being new to the recruitment game.

Pros

It was definately not because of the software, because Google Hire is one of the best recruiting tools I have used in my professional career.

Cons

When I used the demo, there did not seem to be much information behind the product, mainly because the amount of leads and information within the database was very limited.

This is a very bare bones product and not what I expected for it coming out of Google.

It does not take a lot of time to pick up the tool for recruiters or engineers/hiring managers.

Cons

You have to @ everyone no matter if you are responding to a comment or starting a new one. It isn't the easiest to search through and it is very challenging to see your active pipeline, all candidates are in one long list and you have to scroll down. It has a number of areas for improvement

Switched over from using Lever, and it has its pros and cons

Pros

I like the ease of adding interview slots to Google Calendars for interviewers, and the automatic hiding of feedback other interviewers have left until you leave your own feedback.

Cons

It also sends a reminder to write up your feedback minutes after your interview slot ends, which is awkward if your interview slot is going over time and you get the notification when still with the candidate.
