It's highly customizable, and helps companies to set a clear process for hiring. I love the reporting that its capable of giving, and think their support team is just amazing.
We evaluated all big names but at the end Greenhouse could convince with the best functionality, usability and service. It offers the best price-performance ratio.
There are some functionalities that are not as customizable or intuitive as I'd like, but I think in time they will improve in these small areas and Greenhouse will be pretty darn perfect.

Cons
Adding notes/feedback around a candidate's interview performance is difficult in Greenhouse— especially with the lack of formatting (i.e. can't do bullets) in the text fields.
Customized reporting is a challenge, the "off the shelf" reports are too elementary, uncertain how large the platform can scale.
Unpleasant experience, if all recruiters care about is a skillset than I'll gladly not work for the company.
