Can be a good tool for hiring managers that are working with a number of different staffing companies.

It is good, the product integrates well with other solution sets that help to enhance functionality a little bit more. The are products out there that can help on Campus and Scheduling interviews.
Greenhouse is a good ATS so far for recruitment, and helping to find quality candidates throughout the recruitment process.
There are some notiable gaps, including campus/event recruitment. It isn't the most high-tech in that area. Wish there was more of an interview scheduling tool, and CRM that is more advanced.

Some kinks to work out to make it as feature rich as the competition, but a solid choice for smaller shops.
Consolidates review team feedback from across your department, to make it easy to get an overview of candidates.
Very hard to keep track of individual candidates in a large pool of applicants. Some better filtering options would go a long way especially for users who don't log in daily and forget where they left off.

Greenhouse provide a customizable experience to any growing company's recruiting program -- the analytics are complete, and the employee dashboard is great.
I really have had no problems with this software so far. Nothing bad to report!

We recently implemented Greenhouse in our company and found it so helpful for reviewing candidates and keeping track of where they were in the process. It has made the interview process run so much more smoothly and helps ensure candidates don't fall off the radar without communication.

The platform is pretty simple and easy to use. You can easily share job posts in FB, twitter, LinkedIn.
It could use more features, overall it is just a applicant tracking platform. The dashboard is easily accessible too.

It's been good thus far.
Greenhouse has a top end tool that has been great for referring potential candidates.
It's a new system and I'm not as familiar with it as I was the last tool we were using.
