Pros

My experience is ease of doing payroll and employee self service features are of great highlight. The support team is quite professional and helpful.
The fact that this provides an end to end HR management solution is amazing. The performance is amazing and there are a lot of features.
Almost all your documents and analytic reports are available just over few clicks. It has an amazing user friendly GUI.

Pros

I have been working with Jon and recently Kenny. They are super great and very kind and very knowledgeable.
Overall, I find it is a great deal. The technical support is very good.
Online ordering for customers has been greatest benefit.

Cons

Main least thing is lack of customer support and product design. Most of the time server issues and mobile app is very terrible.
The trouble ticket system doesn't work properly, a timely response is missing.
Use their payroll system to make your life a living hell.

Cons

Therefore we do not use it. CRM features are poor, we do not use it either.
Discount must be applied to long term user. A lot of error in printing.
With other companies,​ you would have to pay a lot.
