After visiting many different accounts with in our company, I heard over and over again that employees felt sometimes that their leaders didn't like them or appreciate their work. When I would talk to the leader they bosted about that same employee being a great employee, but never actually told them that themselves. Especially in the world of remote work, we've found Guusto to be extremely beneficial for our organization!

This allows me to give rewards that are meaningful to employees. For example, I accidentally created two workspaces, but I was able to repurpose the second one after familiarizing myself with the dashboard.
