Very positive experience - it's extremely easy to redeem the gift balance received and converted it online to many popular gift card. I picked Amazon gift card and there are many, many others to choose from.

I do have to say when I was having the credit card issues, that when I emailed Guusto the pretty much responded to me right away. I have also given Guusto my work email and was assured my future purchase would not be pending and will be processed right away.
