The support team are great and very friendly and over all I find the package excellent. I would certainly recommend this to others.
It´s always improving and they have an amazing team for support. They have helped me several times with questions that I had.
These are really great and informative. The support team are very friendly as well and also a mine of useful knowledge and experience.

Cons
While there is a library of simbits to use, it does take a bit of thinking to link the simbits to a specific problem. This is especially difficult for newbies.
Advanced functions might get hard to use if you don't have an experienced user helping you. Error messages could be more explicit and create a reference to where the configurational conflict lies.
I also sometimes the way to get clipart sometimes gets stuck.
