Pros

I also enjoy the creation of House Shifts to help meet projected labor needed. There are some cool reporting functions and the Broadcast feature is great for company-wide announcements.
Its super helpful with mapping weekly schedules and for staff communication. Ease of use could be improved and the app should be free.
Great idea and nice to have for many industries with hourly employees, but I wouldn't view this as a solid solution for large organizations quite yet.

Pros

M normally not at my facility when the tickets are being worked on so these functions help to make the jobs understood to the best of our abilities.
This is very helpful in the management of our commercial building and helping to keep our tenants happy with the efficient management of our resources.
Great Experience, Very helpful crew at Upkeep dedicated to help us out. Any issues are sorted out straight away and every question gets answered promptly.

Cons

We are not using HotSchedules and the overall experience has been horrible.
The messages are easy to missed. Since HotSchedules can put out so many notifications - messages get lost in the jumble.
Horrible experience, cannot get customer service to assist us in restarting service that has been interupted or correct verification processes. Delaying our hiring process and reopening of business.

Cons

It is even worse on mobile because it will let a person type a comment only to pop up a flag saying this is not allowed when pressing "Send. There have been a few frustrated users at this point.
Other systems we have used were so complicated staff members would just send emails or texts to the maintenance team which just get lost in the chaos.
In some areas there are connection issues with no or limited internet/phone signals. This is an issue when uploading and even some data as been lost.
