HR Acuity has a robust online support and training center. Responsiveness and customer service from all our HRAcuity contacts is outstanding.

This results in reports appearing unprofessional. I have also noticed that updates made within the issue dialogue box do not always appear on the summary reports, which is very frustrating.

The banned patron feature is a bit clunky and only someone with admin rights can use it. Could be a bit easier to use this function.

There is no way to archive old reports when a new year begins.

Don't like that the clinic/Facility I am sending the incident to does not automatically populate the person I am sending it to. I have to manually search for the person and assign them a ticket.
