Pros

We are happy to have implemented this software into our company. The support team have been great and are very knowledgeable.
My team members are very pleased with this software because they find it to be user-friendly and a great way to help them manage their leaves.
They clearly love their clients and are a pleasure to work with.

Pros

Outlook integration and the LinkedIn chrome extension are great addons. Overall, the software works great for us and we love it.
One of the best solutions on the ATS market, leading in simplicity and innovative features.
Good software for me to keep track of my own performance. User interface is good (User friendly).

Cons

Furthermore, days off in their annual leave calendar do not state whether or not this was a half of whole day making it difficult for employees to track where they have taken leave.
If a leave request is initiated by an Admin rather than an employee, the leave request will not display on the employee's recent leave requests.
I can now produce HR reports for my largest client, and get them visibility when previously they have been blind.

Cons

The software saves me from the more boring aspects of my job.
We had a horrible experience with their staff and support.
They are not knowledgeable about their own product. They are quick to assign blame and don't know how to use their own product.
