Pros

We are happy to have implemented this software into our company. The support team have been great and are very knowledgeable.
My team members are very pleased with this software because they find it to be user-friendly and a great way to help them manage their leaves.
They clearly love their clients and are a pleasure to work with.

Pros

As a Customer Success manager I love using software like Pendo that allows me to get quick insights into product adoption and usage. Its easy to use and can be configured to our product.
The product is extremely user-friendly once you get the chance to dive into it, with plenty of helpful articles to help you get the most out of the product.
We have actually tried to model some of our onboarding behaviors after Pendo's onboarding process, it was that good. I have always had great experiences with asking questions of the support staff.

Cons

Furthermore, days off in their annual leave calendar do not state whether or not this was a half of whole day making it difficult for employees to track where they have taken leave.
If a leave request is initiated by an Admin rather than an employee, the leave request will not display on the employee's recent leave requests.
I can now produce HR reports for my largest client, and get them visibility when previously they have been blind.

Cons

It is very difficult to learn how to properly use Pendo. I have gone in and tagged a bunch of features for the heatmap only to realize, 2 hours later, that I had tagged it wrong.
My only disappointment is that you can't easily just export the entire list of enhancement requests with the # of votes.
I dislike the interface for creating in app notifications and the digital resource center. It has way too many steps and is not intuitive.
