The time and attendance solution can also be used by employees to request time off, check upcoming schedules, and report exception time worked, and enables managers to assign schedules to employees, monitor attendance and absenteeism, and approve or reject time off requests and pay sheets.
Humanic’s US and international payroll modules allow users to run payroll in-house or outsource any payroll processes they choose, including W2 printing, garnishment processing, direct deposit processing, check printing, and tax filing. Integration with the general ledger, time and attendance module, and benefit carriers enables real-time data access. Humanic also offers tools for managing compensation, including hourly or salaried employees, long- and short-range compensation, and bonus eligibility, benefits administration, onboarding, and business intelligence reporting.
