The fact that you're able to view other team mates schedules and view schedule summaries, hours scheduled, shift exchanges, availability/unavailability are very useful functions.

Unfortunately you have to be clocked in to be able to do it and many staff forget and have to ask an admin to add the note after the fact.

There are many people at varying locations, it seems to keep everyone's schedule organized. It is integrated with our PTO request platform which seems to work nicely.

It was simple to navigate, but would be a lot easier to be able to switch shifts on there verses going through management who is not always available.
