Pros

Of course, we also enjoy having the ability to create robust job postings that include not only the requirements but also the benefits of each job.
Great results and great customer support. We have been a customer since early 2013 and have been very pleased.
We have about 77 active users in our organization, and I'm happy to say around 50 of them understand the software, use it for all it's worth, and are incredibly happy with it.

Pros

All I need to do is input the data and this software does most of the work for me. I can run reports with ease knowing that I’m in good hands.
And I am using for more than 4 years now and their support persons were extremely polite and helpful.
Each month it is improving and getting better suited for us.

Cons

Some of these statistics can be attributed to lack of upward mobility, bad economy, etc. But the reality is that food service industry has always suffered from this problem.
I also believe a company can be measured by its response to problems and customer relations, and Hyrell does that very well too.
Even when they said "I don't know" it was followed by "I'll check up on that" and I had an answer by the end of the day.

Cons

This software has compatibility issue, which I hate about it the most.
The main problem I have with this software is the speed.
I find the price of the software quite costly and I believe they should reduce the cost.
