Pros

Good reliable software with a solid customer support. Agency portal was better than Other leading global products, such as Taleo.
The customer service is very good. The employees are proactive and are ready to help anytime.
It's IBM affiliation reassures of the premium quality and seamless integration for reliable recruitment management solutions.

Pros

I like that it is so easy to use and read. I also like that it is really easy to send the assessments to the candidates.
It is mobile friendly and easy to use. Its nice to have all the test in one email.
I truly feel that these assessments help guide and direct our hiring and are a huge part of our talent acquisition process.

Cons

For a time, the software was not integrating cleanly, and would often interrupt a testing session, causing us to lose out on candidates who became frustrated with the process.
It's restrictive and costs an exorbitant amount of money for the limited functionality that it provides. I believe this product could be something much more than it is.
A team without experience with the product would likely see a poor implementation, due to the flexibility of the system it can be overcomplicated by inexperienced users.

Cons

The Onboarding/Development Plan has a lot of information that make it hard to interpret overall themes and actions.
Unclear correlation between rating and actual performance at the job, still early with low N.
I have a hard time finding the correct job descriptions when going to add a new hiring profile or job.
