Icims has a highly configurable platform loaded with tools to support your talent acquisition needs.
There is a learning curve to using this system which is true for any other system out there

Fantastic. Great customer service.
We have stretched the product in new and bizarre ways to help our clients, and ICIMS keeps up with our weird customization requests.
There is a steep learning curve, and the admin tools can be confusing. There are also a number of things that Admins cannot do, that require the help desk.
