Adecco Group - Review

Reviewed 13 years ago

The support I receive from iCIMS has been fantastic over the years. It just seems that there is a shift from having our CRD team being able to help us on our system issues - I miss having one or two points of contact vs. having to go to the Help Desk and start from scratch each time. Our current CRD (Account Rep) is great but is seems like she's being pushed to push us to the Help Desk on most issues or improvement projects. Our former CRD seemed to be able to help us with more of the day to day. Even having another consistent contact outside our CRD for these types of larger projects would be fantastic.

Pros

Service and support.

Cons

We need to start using more of the social media tools available, so not really a "con" - more of something on our to do list.

iCIMS-Just What You Need!

Reviewed 10 years ago
Pros

As an ATS, there are so many best features, I can't limit it to just one. First, it's easy to use and provides informative reports. You can tailor it quickly to meet the needs of your specific organization and here's one of the best of the best features about iCIMS - their technical staff is always available to help you. A real person answers the phone! Their staff is very pleasant, professional, and they either teach you what needs to be done or fix the problem quickly.

Cons

iCIMS can be costly, but if your organization can afford it, it is more than worth it!
