My overall experience with iSolved has been awesome!

Great software

Our group processes payroll for 39 clients. We have set up 19 of our clients in TimeForce 1, and 2 clients in TimeForce 2. To assist with set up and maintenance in these user-friendly online programs, we have made liberal use of the online trainings and customer service. We have found the TimeForce staff to be efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous. Our clients report high levels of satisfaction with TimeForce's time-keeping properties.

Frustrating, tedious, time-consuming, and not trustworthy. I am looking for a replacement service.

Need to replace isolved

Wonderful! Still in the implementation stage and our team leader [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and his group are amazing. They are very responsive, professional and continually looking to make things easy administratively and for our employees

Benefits Management at Its Best!

I have been with SAGE/Paychoice before getting dissolved into iSolved. The migration was a horrible experience! I did not see initiative from the new company to leave a good customer experience for the first few months, so decided to leave the company to another provider

Good Product for Payroll

For the base product - the online HRIS where you are doing employee management and payroll processing, it was very easy to learn. I did not have any training on basic employee management and basic payroll processing and was able to navigate very easitly.

Bells & Whistles

Positive, we have enjoyed very pleasant and knowledgeable customer service. We can make an online appointment with our account manager, he can share his screen and either fix issues on the spot, show us how to do something or accelerate ongoing issues up the ladder.

After about year in the system, it has been a learning experience.  But it has been fun and interesting learning the system capabilities and sharing those with our clients.  You can keep it simple, or you can really customize it to your own and have whatever information you choose to loaded into the system.  It's really versatile!

As a fully remote company we have used iSolved to connect with our employees on various levels including online time and attendance tracking, performance management and open enrollment for benefits administration.  ISolved has aided us in being more compliant and more effective with our People Operations and Employee Engagement.

I like some of the features of this program, but bugs in the system make it frustrating.

Quite possibly the worst software I have ever used...

I work for Special School District, and we began using Timeforce approximately six months ago. It was very slow getting started and getting all components (time clock and online site) to communicate to one another and work together. One suggestion for improvement would be to have an on-site technician to come out and get new users up and running. In the very beginning, as well as recently, we had trouble getting in touch with a representative to help us with various issues along the way. Not being able to get issues resolved quickly ends up allowing the work to pile up on one person to go back and enter, missing time while the system was having issues. We did have a positive experience with one in particular customer support person. Overall, the system serves its purpose well for documenting time. However, customer support has been very frustrating, and our district is blessed to have someone managing the system who is able to quickly learn and able to troubleshoot.  

Their support structure is VERY poor. No continuity of service. Every call is like calling them the first time since you are not assigned a support person. Generic number to call. Generic email to send to.

The MOST frustrating situation is the most recent and the reason for my review. As owner, I don’t have time to chase down issues with payroll so when I received a notice from the state that we didn’t pay our payroll taxes, I immediately called the main number and as always, dealing with a new person, I described the issue: iSolved took the money out of my account; they need to pay the state. I was told someone would call me back. Never did.

So I called again to a new person. I had to repeat the whole story again, with agitation this time. I was told I needed to email the letter from the state and it would be forwarded to the tax dept for handling. So I did.

Next the state called me asking for the payment.  I told the person I had twice reached out to the payroll company who took the taxes out of my account and I had twice contacted them to handle it.  

This week I received a LETTER OF DEFAULT from the state giving me until this Sunday to pay or they would put a lien on my business. I placed another call to the generic main number and told the story a third time with MUCH aggravation. I was told to send the letter to be sent to the tax dept. I demanded to talk to the tax dept. I was promised a call back. Nothing.  So I had to pay it online myself to avoid default

Poor service

The Morrison Center is an Performing Arts Center on a the campus of Boise State University. We basically operate twenty-four hours a day and seven days a week with 100 - 150 stagehands between part time and students. Up until the TimeForce clock we were still using an old time clock and then hand writing the times to paper to be able to send to payroll. 

We purchased the time force system (IQ 400) this past fall and for us it took some extra work because of the University OIT. But, the implementation team from Timeforce helped with every part of the install. Kelli Anthony, my main contact, was always so helpful. She help build the files needed for the system to run and was always there to help with any questions. I may have a pretty easy set up since I do not have benefits with students and part time temps, but I always felt I was as important of a customer as some big company with 1000 employees. When we started to send info to payroll Kelli and others helped with building spreadsheets that the University could except and made sure everything has worked for us here at the Morrison Center. 

Myself and the supervisors took the online classes to learn about the system during the implementation period. These were very helpful to the team giving them a good understanding of the system. Kelli spent many hours working with me to understand the admin functions of the program. The program is very easy to use which is important to myself because it is a time saver for us.

The new time clock has brought about more accuracy to our payroll reports with less rewriting of time sheets and keeping accounts more up to date. The speed of getting reports following shows is new to us because we do not have to wait for the University to make reports for us has been another big advantage. We continue to try different parts of the report capabilities of this program and fine tune it to our direct needs is a large advantage.
