The ease of use was fantastic. We had an iPad at the office door which each and every member of staff could 'Jibble In' and 'Jibble Out' upon entering and leaving the building.

There wasn't really anything we didn't like about the software. Only problem we ever faced was that it requires internet to work properly. Would be great if it continued working like normal and then uploaded the data to the internet upon reconnection.

One recommendation I could give is to use Offline mode when you don't have an internet connection so your team can still clock in/out. It can sync later on once you are back online. That you can make lots of categories to jibble in

people forget to use jibble, so it is always a big mess in the end of a week and the employees are adapting his/her own working ours without letting us administrators know. So we do not have a correct control about it

I like the user-friendly interface of Jibble, making it easy for everyone to clock in and out, track time, and manage their tasks. It simplifies time tracking and attendance management, which is essential for our team's productivity. The ability to generate comprehensive reports and integrate with other tools is a great asset.

One thing I found less appealing about Jibble is that while it offers a variety of features, some advanced functionalities are only available in the paid versions. It would be nice to have more advanced features included in the free version for smaller teams with budget constraints.

I like that it allows you to clock in, clock out, cut out time for a break, see your weekly hours, and fix your hours if you mess up with your time.

I don't know that I have anything that I don't like about this system as I just use it to clock in and out of. I guess my one thing would be sometimes I clock in on Saturdays and it doesn't show my hours when we are still in our work week.

I liked: - ease of use - privacy - ability to track employee sign-in location with GPS - the inability for team members to manipulate their attendance time - if anyone is logs in from the app, the person has to take a selfie and post for accurate tracking The last 2 I liked best because when you have a remote team, it is essential to track whether they are dedicatedly putting in the required number of hours.

Only one thing - sometimes it takes a lot of time load. You have reload the page multiple times to use it correctly.

Easy to access and make changes as well as easy to gather time data for payroll processing.

I have not found an easy way to scroll to a previous week without having to tab through slowly.

The ease of 'Jibble In' & 'Jibble Out', tracking the team's hours and the location feature.

In the future, I hope you can include a feature that can track absent days and the reasoning behind these days. For example, if one of our employees has to skip a day due to a family event, he/she would write a comment for the day that has to be missed. Furthermore, there should be a way to set the number of holidays that our employees get; in our case, 17 public days, 15 leave days and 5 sick days. With this, our employees can mark which type of 'day' he/she is taking off so that we know not to deduct his/her salary.

It is very easy to use and very functional.

Advanced integrations with slack, eg: automatically set the status icon when you jibble out (ie, when you jibble out for lunch break, it could also setup the status icon for "having lunch"

its with the mobile app, it takes photos and i believe posts them down in the database. thats not right, i understand its for facial recognition but man we can use something like i dont know a facial recognition API from Apple or Google. listen i am a backend dev myself and i know this can be done.

Jibble makes it easy to set up a new account. I set up a demo within the first week of signing up. I received step by step instructions on how to use Jibble.

After using Tracksmart for 5 year i had to learn a new system (Jibble). I had to take time out of my day to learn the system. This can be time consuming.

I love how the punch cards can be integrated with our slack, our central communication platform. We can conveniently review our staff attendance in real-time without having to pull reports.

All of the features are relevant to our business processes. I couldn't think much of anything to improve.

At the marketing company I work for, it's vital for our team to be able to track our time within each client project, and this tool is a great way to manage that! Jibble is also exceptional because you can take a break without fully clocking out, and you can go back and look at what projects are taking up most of your day each day!

Not applicable! I have no complaints about Jibble or its functions. It's a time and project tracker we plan on using for a long time.

I use jibble to manager my time in my job because i work in home office, and its has been showing the better tool for this. The level detailing on jibble amazing. The timesheets and the possibility to edit inputs and outputs make me love the tool

all jibble features are great, I don't see negative points

The Jibble platform is simply a breeze; adding people is seamless, totally love the geofencing feature, and the NFC checkin with the app is simply amazing.

So far, the platform is working just fine for our needs.

The best part of Jibble for me is the usability, it can be very intuitive to new users to understand how to track their own work time.

The software could be improved by using a bot that can alert or clock out automatically if the work hours in the day pass 20 hours (maybe create a limit). Sometimes people forget to CheckOut and the time still running in the background.

It's so easy to add clients (ultimate plan), projects and time entries. It's also easy to add notes to show to the client the accomplishments for that day.

I just wish they also have a pricing plan for sole traders/freelancers instead of just the ultimate plan that startups and SMEs can easily afford.

Because of how easy the mobile application is, we use it to track employee's daily work hours.

I don't know if this issue with Android application but my current week is always one week ahead. I saw that it was fixed one of the updates but started to happen in another update. Other than that, I do not have anything else to say.

My team was looking for a time tracking tool, but was hesitant to have to implement a stand-alone software. Jibble works perfectly smoothly on Slack with simple features and intuitive UI/UX. I had to contact customer support once and the support I got was amazing.

I am able to keep track of the time I spend working for my company accurately. I am able to track any breaks I take during the day as well. When I submit my hours to my boss I can feel confident in knowing that I am not ripping off myself, nor the company I work for. Pulling up my time sheet for each week worked is a breeze, and it lists the total hours worked that week for me.

I really don't have any negatives about Jibble.

Jibble is easy to use! We actually switched from a more complicated software to Jibble and are beyond pleased. Most of the team clocks in /out via Slack so that integration is definitely a plus! Easy see weekly/monthly timesheets as well.

Adjusting time entries can be a bit tricky at first but once you figure it out, you should be able to do it. I usually only have an issue if I forget to log out for the day and don't realize it until the next. Maybe a notification that you've been clocked in for 10+ hours could help?

Jibble is VERY easy to use and allows for easy payroll calculations and full transparency with our staff. We have improved the efficiency of our payroll operations and developed trust with our employees because of this system.

I need the following for the system to be impeccable:1) The ability to use more than one overtime policy for a member: I need to use daily overtime (x1.5), rest day overtime (x2) and 45h week overtime simultaneously, which is not possible at the moment. I have to do this manually.2) I leave tracker that tracks how many paid leave is available per staff and how much remains/has been used. This would allow for automatic switch-over to unpaid leave after the limit is realized.3)A shift roster management system where staff can be assigned to shifts that can be customized in the system.
