It was a great and amazing tool to track our daily activities.
What I like about Jibble is that it's a very user-friendly tool and very easy to navigate.
Sometimes it's not responding properly but it may be caused by an internet connection.

It has been awesome so far. I'd love that the free version allowed me to download reports but it's not a huge issue. I am definitely gonna try the paid version soon.
The different features that allow me to manage the working hours of my team and security measures.
The only thing that I didn't like at all is that the main website didn't provide clear instructions to use the kiosk mode.

We have recently started to 'jibble in' to activities/projects and this has helped my team track how long projects take to deliver (and, if effect, how much projects cost to deliver).
We like that it works so easily with Slack.
I think I'd like if there was a reminder when my team opens Slack to also 'jibble in' and perhaps some sort of notification or checking in to verify that we're still work in the same activity.

I like the tool I have suggested to other people mostly small businesses.
It is an easy-to-use software/tool the are no hidden tabs it's easy and straightforward.
I have nothing to complain about to date. But it should allow us to set out clocking off times and clock us off automatically when the time arrives, I am in South Africa and sometimes we experience load-shedding mostly at 6 pm my knocking off time, when the Internet stops the software continues to track and it's unfair because most of the time the power comes back two hours after. That is when I have to log out and it reflects as of I did overtime.

Jibble is the only program I found that will require the use of selfies and pin number for clocking in and out. These combined features make buddy punching impossible and saves my company so much money!
Some of the features are a little confusing but that could be because I don't need all of them.

My department is frequently working offsite, so we were unable to clock our hours accurately. The app has allowed my team to better track their time while also tracking hours on a per client basis. That has helped us accurately track our work hours.
Jibble is easy to use for our staff. It allows for easy editing when occasional missed in/out stamps. The reporting of hours is fantastic and the Jibble team is constantly improving them.
Haven't found any cons yet, and we've been using it for over a year.

Issues of Time tracking and payroll management has been greatly solved.
The Jibble 2 app available on iOS and Google Play store is lightening fast and we could implement the app in our company within a short period of 15 days.
Onboarding employees is a little difficult, since once a particular email ID and mobile number is used, it is not possible for that employee to access again, if there is network issue in the first instance. Also, default timesheet and mobile device timezone selection should be an option. It is default to Los Angeles time every time you onboard any employee.

So far we're enjoying Jibble. It made it convenient for everyone to log in as they log in; identify activities that they've done on specific time and made it easier for us managers to check and compute the time in and out of our resources.
What I like th emost about Jibble is that it helped us monitor the time in and out of all resources on a daily basis. It's a big improvement vs. the Manual process that we use to do as we work on site. We use to have a manual process which has a lot of limitation and is very prone to error. Now, we are more confident with the data that we have in Jibble.
I can't think of any right now as we haven't maximized using the tool yet and are still learning about its different features.

We like jibble because we can see what time our teams booking to the job on the go, and we find it saves our team time in the morning as they use to come into to work and do timesheets nowadays the timesheets are up to date on the going daily updates are happening live therefore admin can see what going on we find invoicing productivity is better and there fewer hours being allocated to our workshop code that means more chargeable hours better for the bottom line.
The soft-touch application works well, simple to implement. Our team has been working with paper timesheets since 1991 we tested several products during 2020 and found Jibble by the time we rolled out the demo we were hooked simple and easy. The best part is we can go into the timesheet and adjust and adding job numbers and details to assist our admin.
CVS integration with MYOB is not the best still take my admin time to do the entries

paychex integration said it was a thing but never ended up working for us with our paychex team while we had hourly emplyoees

My overall experience with Jibble has been positive, especially in the context of its primary function as a time-tracking tool
Jibble’s interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy for users to clock in and out, track hours, and generate reports without a steep learning curve
While the free plan is great for basic time tracking, it’s quite limited compared to the paid plans

Overall experience is great and still great until now. Highly recommended software!
Jibble made it easy for me to track which project am I using and how much time did I spend on doing a certain project because of the clock in and out function. Because of this, I don't get pressured by deadlines because I can easily monitor the time I'm spending on a specific project
The only cons that I experienced using Jibble is the minor bugs. Sometimes I cannot clock in or out because for some reason, the buttons cannot be clicked. I had to contact my HR before I can start clocking in. But this is fine and manageable and doesn't happen much often.

Good so far. Still in the transition stage from manual, paper timesheets to using Jibble, but we are getting there.
It was easy to set up. I am administering this for a client, and using the timesheet function. There is a complicated pay plan for hourly workers. I was able to use the activities function with coaching from Jibble customer service and that solved our problem. The customer service has been outstanding.
The biggest issue I am having, and this isn't the fault of Jibble, is getting the staff at my client to convert from little scribbled pieces of paper to an on-line timesheet. At some point, Jibble might consider offering a training webinar.

No option to log long periods that spans over a number of days e.g. annual leave

Will never use any timetracker other than this. I used the intuit time tracker before but I find Jibble more useful for my team and also I have to check all of the employee's timesheets without any hassle.
It is easy to use which I really prefer since I don't have time to organize everything. I can also see every employee's time tracker easily. The server went down but it was resolved quickly. The best thing is, its free!
I only had a technical error once, but it was fixed right away.

The ability for all team members to log in on site and remotely using the same software is such a time saver for us. The system is very easy to use and reporting is simple and quick. Customer support are quick to reply and very helpful. All in all, this is the best timesheet system I have used in 20+ years of running payroll!
Occasionally times do not log, this is if the team member logs in when WiFi signal is very low and mobile data hasn't 'taken over' but the ability to adjust times (with permission) for these few occasions means it's not a major problem

The slack integration is a boon. We now talk about "jibbling" in our team like it's a real word. The support from the jibble team. I didn't have time to read all the docs while evaluating, but the Jibble team was there to provide support and tell me how I could achieve what I wanted to do.
We use the product a little differently than most, I think, using it to track time on specific types of task rather than an every-day time-tracking thing. From that point-of-view, the reporting can feel a little clunky to navigate for us, but it's plenty good enough.

So far it has been fantastic, no complaints, I called for help and got it immediately. Other than 1 time, no troubleshooting needed and it works like a charm. Best time management software around for the money.
I love how easy Jibble is to use, see what hours have been worked each day and approval of time is seamless and takes less than a minute. Love this!
I just wish it could talk to Gusto and move the approved time over to the payroll I use with Gusto.

generating the weekly payroll and attendance sheet in our company is nowadays simple and accurate
the price of the software is low and affordable there is online support available to offer technical support it can be used by up to five users
there is not much cons to write about this product but its proving a challenge to some of the unskilled workers who are yet to grasp how to use it

It was better than the other tools that I had used. Actually using that tools feels like they are stalking me.
No screenshot No special app installation No risk of stalking
It is not a con but a suggestion that needs to give notifications on email about the tracked data.
