Overall its a good tool to use.
I have been using Jobdiva for more than 2+ years, it very easy to use and the way they have given the perfect segregation of domain in candidate search makes easier for us to find a candidate for particular domain. Recently, they have integrated the Job diva with Sense Messaging. This tools helps a lot to connect candidate with one single text.
There are some features that is not helping in terms of searching the candidates. We are working with entertainment, Music and media client and we are not able to search a good resume in this large database because the job diva has not provided this segregated domain in resume search.

We mainly utilize JobDiva to track job requisitions, candidates, interview/hire activity. The CRM is ok - not as robust as a true CRM. I use the tool daily and am the administrator. Would like to start using the back office functionality.
Contains a lot of functionality for an ATS. Updates are frequent. Support is quick. Lots of options for webinar training.
No visibility into enhancement list. Documentation is not user friendly - have to know the terminology and functionality to find documentation. Response time - especially for BIs is often slow. Not all fields are available to BI. There is no way to keep track of New hires unless you use the on-boarding function - this is a serious flaw.

Overall my experience is good; I would recommend this product to anyone using a CRM tool; it is very comprehensive and even has functions that I have not yet uncovered, and I am a 5+ year user.
- My favorite feature is the texting ability called DivaBuzz. Sometimes it is much easier to get candidates to respond via text. -I also love that the tool creates a boolean for you so you don't have to type it manually -Easy to use, new features being added consistently to keep up with changing needs of the staffing industry
-Sometimes the site is very slow and laggy and has issues loading. The technical support is sometimes helpful in resolving this.

As a recruiter, I've had a great experience using Job Diva.
The ease to interface with the site, it's not too complicated where a person needs extensive training to understand its use and functions
I would like to see it set up where at first glance a recruiter can tell if a candidate's profile is complete/ready (rate from 0%- 100%- red- indicated expired or not entered credentials, orange, there are entered credentials and at a higher percentage of completion, green- all documents uploaded, ready to work/submit) or has expiring credentials. I know email alerts are sent out when credentials expire.

It's a great system and a great company
What I like most is the service and response time of the support line. Issues are very minimal but the support line assists us with How-To's and integrating some of our ideas and initiatives with the system. JobDiva in itself is very intuitive and easy to work with. They seem to be adding additional features all the time, many of which are included with your fee unlike their competitors who charge extra.
It's not horrible or even bad but I wish the sales side of the system was as robust as the ATS side. For example, it would be neat if there was some partnership with Discoverorg or rainking.

it is the best so far and Diva do evolve as well with lots of new features. I have been using this for almost 4-5 years now and things are getting better all the time.
Email merge and applicant tracking, Saved emails (Email conversation Chain). These are best feature as per me as a Lead Recruiter.
Real time search (RTS), It could be much better and not so ease to access, Like applying filter on job portal for RTS.

All of the applicants documents and information is stored in the same place. The notes function allows anyone else to know what is occurring with an applicant.
It takes forever for documents to load when reviewing what candidates have added. When a document is accepted, the program jumps up to the top.Often when trying to access an activity, the screen is blank. The only remedy is to close out of the candidate and start again. The interface between JD and Relias are horrible. If the email address is wrong, it can't be fixed. There is a little tiny window to scroll through to find the comp that is applicable. Have you seen it? If the applicant doesn't complete it or fails it, it has to be reassigned. When I'm working with a candidate, the notes pop up multiple times, for no apparent reason.Per diem scheduling is incredibly time consuming and there is no good way to create a schedule.

Overall, I am happy with the services and product.
For me directly, I thoroughly appreciate the jobs and timesheets coddlers. This is a HUGE time saver! I know that when I reach out to Job Diva, I can almost always know I will receive the best care in a timely manner which is so appreciated.
The time is takes to correct some issues in the system could be looked into for sure.

I have asked many times to include a 60 and/or a 75 mile radius search option since last year, but was never added. 50 miles is Too Short and 100 miles is Too Far to search candidates distance from client. Cassandra and all your support team are always willing to help with a business personality and a smile. Too many names to mention. Thanks (Divya) for JOB Diva.
Very helpful software to find all types of IT and Financial candidates and to pinpoint the criteria, as best as possible.
Customer Support is always quick to try to help, but sometimes cannot locate or fix the issue, which goes on to not be resolved. Trying to resolve why the search is Not highlighting Asset Management, only finds and highlights the word Management.

Very good the contacts I have with Anthony in particular are really very good and he is helpful and takes time to make sure we are getting the most from the system.
Great product was good to get set up and have our old system data imported always being developed and enhanced.

It was good working with JObDiva but with time the system needs to be upgraded as per the market needs. They do need to work on their UI and integrations. Other than that the search accuracy has been top of the chain.
The product is very easy to use. Search results are accurate and capture all the details. The system is very user-friendly. It captures all the email conversations and is easily visible to the team with every profile.
The User interface is old school and the system is very difficult to customize if needed. The search results take ages to load all the resumes and it does not provide a live integration option with job boards.

Using Jobdiva from last 8 years and it's a great platfprm as an ATS. Fast, Efficient, Easy to Navigate.
The platform has a user-friendly interface that's easy to use, making it simple for people with any level of technical skill to get started quickly

JobDiva provides all aspects for a recruiting company with an easy to use interface. JobDiva makes it easy for the sales team to track all of their clients and contacts, as well as a simple interface to enter a job that will notify recruiters about the status in real time. Recruiters are able to communicate with each other through notes on the candidate's page, along with status of interview and hire...
Some of the scrolling options have more steps than necessary, but it't not a major issue for me.

Suing JobDiva has made it easier for our business to track and manage out recruiting process across the board whether that be with submissions, recording interviews, and keeping track of candidate information.
JobDiva is fairly easy to use and produces good results. Allows for tracking talent management to be transparent across the company. The reports section adds value and can help determine what and which employees need to improve or are struggling.
Sometimes submission emails to primary sales will not load instantly and can take 2 to 3 hours to load which delays the submission process. Another thing is that sometimes when searching job ids or candidates using the search bar you have to press repeatedly for the software to do what you desire

It helps me to increase the productivity of me and my team by providing several helpful features to search for candidates along with the filters. It helps me to find the exact candidate which is required for the job.
The best thing is that it can integrate with multiple portals and can auto-fetch profiles. Mostly it fetches relevant profiles. The support team is good and helps to resolve the issues in no time. It is user-friendly and requires no training to use.
Sometimes, there are some issues in the mail merge, and we need to start the process again. It is a little bit expensive.

-Ease of sending mass emails (you don't have to create a boolean, JobDiva creates it for you) -The new DivaBuzz feature, which allows you to text candidates/applicants. More and more people prefer to respond by text nowadays so this is a crucial tool. I can receive texts right to my email or use the app to check my texts there as well
-Sometimes there is a delay in loading or the software runs slow, which can be annoying, but I am sure every software experiences this. When I email the support team, they are usually quick to respond and let me know that they are working on a solution.

I have used other ATS's in the past and I have always preferred JD over the others.
I like how easy it is to search for things in JobDiva. There is one simple search bar that covers every aspect of what I can look up; candidate name, contact name, position title etc.
It can take a very long time for search results to load. When JobDiva is slow it is SLOW!

Very simple and useful ATS tool where we can use Mutiple job portals in single go.
Ther are N number of helpful features in job diva who are really helpful for time saving and getting the right candidate along. Its helpful to generate the report of team as well to know about productivity.

In one Word "Excellent"
Everything about JobDiva is perfect for people or folks in the Recruitment industry. I have used job diva for 12-13 while working with 22nd Century technologies inc. It was a great tool from support perspective, apart from storing resume database , resume fetch was "Cherry on the cake". i would highly recommend , all Staffing/Recruitment companies to try JobDiva, you guys wont regret it. Its worth the money.
The only thing that might not even be Important was "UI" or User Interface of the portal, unlike a few competitor softwares the Outlook was not that glossy or as i can put it was quite basic. again that does not matter until its serving the basic work its supposed to be. rest every thing is to the point.

It's a cloud-based software platform, I can easily access anywhere and start my work. For me Jobdiva provides an end-to-end solution for recruiting and managing talent, from sourcing candidates to onboarding and beyond. It covers the entire talent acquisition lifecycle.
It doesn't work well on mobile. Otherwise it's awesome !

This is the most advanced Job Board at the moment and I love using it and will recommend it to the others
One of the most happening Job Board with lot of features. We can maintain entire database of candidates in JobDiva can check saved emails to the candidates. We can search through the candidate history by comparing their old resumes. Email Merges and Creating Hot list requirements.
Not much cons. Recently the search jobs on main window is not functioning faster, it is taking time, also candidate notes window is not user friendly we cannot increase the size of the window if we want to read through the candidate notes

I have been using since 4 years and it is the best tool for recruitment. I am so addicted to JobDiva that I can't imagine my job without it. Its really highly recommendable. Its like a magic tool which has all feature required for a recruiter or team lead. Its a boon to Recruiting world.
I like all the features available in JobDiva, but the most I like is Agent Search as we can skill set , job title , we can also exclude the undesired things, which really make the candidate search very easy , effortless in less time.
As per my use and work, I don't see anything lacking in JobDiva
