Job Diva is a user friendly tools that tracks database of all candidates and company profile and also the operations of the organization as a whole. Diva features includes human resource management, recruitment pairing and search, customer relationship management and tracking system. It’s a one stop accounting made easy and email integration.

it is must try tool.
I have large database, very flexible with strings, Search relevant profiles, also shows similar profile for what keywords we are using. Give alternative of skills. Its have notes corner, activities which shows where the profile is used for submitting. It has interview tag options. The tool bar is have vast options, you can change availability of the candidate. There is an application icon which show if particular candidate has applied for any job in recent. HARVESTING is best part of it. You can connect it with dice monster cb and lots of portals.
due to bulk of database it is extensively slow, when you search for particular keywords it shows large number of resume but we can open only one at a time.

Job Diva is a great appreciation to work on it helps me in my day-to-day roles and responsibilities I get relevant profiles for every requisition I work on and the AI is solid in fetching profiles according to the strings I add and it's very convenient to track interviews of the candidates. It make my work so easy.
The only concern is Job Diva can add a separate section on time zones so that It would be perfect to fetch candidates faster according to time zones

JobDiva is easy to use and navigate through. The Support Team is always there to answer any/all questions and provide support when needed.
If I had to chose a con, I would have to say that you cannot really use JobDiva well with interchanging companies. It would be ideal to easily switch from 1 profile to another when using.

In my day to day routine I used to work in US IT Recruitment and realized that JobDiva is playing a significant role in order to get best quality resumes of talented candidates. I had many benefits of getting best candidates through JobDiva. Most importantly JobDiva's user interface is so much easy and friendly that an individual can understand how to use it properly in just a single day.
This is a user friendly software. It is very much easy to find talent on this software. This is a very helpful software. I would say JobDiva is a backbone of recruitment.
Nothing is their to dislike. JobDiva is always helpful.

One of the best tool for candidate search & talent management. It has all the features which helps in find the right candidate with exact skillset. The best part is that while searching profile through internal database one can able to put the year of experience on skillset which helps in finding the right candidate for the job. The UI is excellent which makes it user friendly even a new user can use it without having any difficulty.
So far I didn't find any issue using this ATS

Ver nice experience with Job Diva so far, From sourcing of candidates to updating their starts on Job Diva, it is a perfect and the easiest process of staffing.
Job Diva is the easiest Applicant tracking system, I have ever used as it has strong database of candidates and easy to find required skills in candidates , all you need is a perfect string, it contains many other job portal such as monster, Career builder, which is very helpful.

creating duplicate profiles sometime creates misunderstanding between teams as 2 different people can reach same person without even knowing

I think that the harvesting of new resume is the best feature, It really helps in finding new relevant resources according to the boolean.
The only thing that I would suggest to include/improve is there should be a percentage wise skill set weightage, I know it is there but it should be more functional.

Jobdiva has multiple useful features, you can use in daily recruitment process including ease of searching the profiles by putting few keywords in the search bar, applicant tracking, candidate management, employee database management etc. You can easily integrate your other recruiting software like outlook with Jobdiva account and can work in fast pace.
I think, there should be integrated feature of job portal, an API can be added in it and BI reporting feature can also be added.

Overall JobDiva gets the job done, with some of its key features it allows to the best advantage of time and resources put into it. I am a recruiter and I need to know how to better articulate my jobs according the preferences of the candidate, in order to help someone get the job.
JobDiva provides deep integration for the applicants & things around them, which are of very high importance while speaking to a protective candidate. Having a short training on it important otherwise you are going to miss on some features.
The least improvised things in JobDiva are the small icons & their uses, I believe JobDiva has to be more interactive + should be more informative on the visual end. I'd love hire some UI/UX developers for you ;) When you try to work on express speeds, it is lags behind in those cases. There are few key elements which need to be improved for the better utilization of it

JobDiva is very user-friendly and offers a wide array of tracking and reporting tools that simplify the recruitment process. Routine updates to the system and its features make the experience more enjoyable and beneficial.
Additional enhancements to the communication and messaging services within JobDiva will greatly enhance the recruiter's user experience and ease of use. Separate tabs on the candidate profile page for both email AND texting conversations would simplify and streamline the content, creating less clutter in the Notes section.

Over all its one of the best Job board and I love using it every day, easy to search and track candidates
Email merges, candidate database where we can save notes, their documents and can compare old resumes from different portals. Candidate applicant list and easy to use with search string.
We need a another feature where we can search junior level candidates, or less then 5 years experience candidates. Also we search has a 200 mile radius then it will be helpful. We want some one who are willing to relocate to particular location this feature also should be included

Easy to use and very user-friendly. The user interface is very simple and easy to use. Lots of tools to use and keep track of your work. Reports are easy to generate.

Overall experience is too good. Candidate interaction is good. Best resumes available. No fake resumes. Sometimes it takes more time to load. Scheduling interviews and followup the candidate experience is too good.
Jobdiva is tool to helpful for recruiting industry. Best candidate management tool. Integrating more job boards like Carreer Builder, Monster, Dice. Best candidate tracking tool.
Best database. Candidate Bulk email is very good. Easy to use. Easy to maintain database.

I have been using job diva for 11 years. Before that I used PC Hunter, Maxhire, Bullhorn and I believe one more. JobDiva knocks it out of the park.
Simply, it works. Constant updates and enhancements to make the system better and have more functionality. Ability to send out emails in large quantities, hot lists, and outlook integration.
I like support to answer me immediately. Most times they do, but when busy I need to email and wait for response. When they do respond though, they provide step by step instructions with pictures that make your problem easy to fix.

Separate functionality for candidates and jobs; features for all stages of lifecycle. Easy to update with functions needed for backoffice.
Not super intuitive with some functions; would not be able to figure some things out without being shown first, such as with terminations.

I am much satisfied with JobDiva. It has lot of features to track the consultant, put notes, add attributes, upload candidates.That is very easy to access.This is highly recommended ATS.
This is too easy to track the consultant or candidate while putting limited keywords related to query.
Sometimes jobdiva searchs irrelevant keywords or profile and not we are not able to merge the same candidate's profile that one with his contact number other one with his email address.

One of the most important things to me is customer service. The JobDiva team goes above and beyond to provide consistently excellent service. If I inquire about a process or feature I would like to see added, the team will always research the feasibility and if possible, make it happen.
The ease of use and the minimal training required puts JobDiva high on my list of recommended software.
Every once in a while, there are reports that I would like to easily run, but don't find them as options, but of course, I can't remember what they were right now...ugh.

I use it for recruitment purpose and find it great to use with its filter.
Job diva is best software used for recruitment process. It provides more feature and filters than Ceipal. You can find various filter to get the required candidate.
I do not find any cons in this software and I have been using it for more than 6 months. This is very flexible.

Its the only job board we are using in our company. Its really versatile and it has various features and functions.
Nothing I dislike about it. But some features must be updated like messaging and calling.

It's very easy to enter notes from a call/meeting. I also enjoy the feature that lays out what job requirements are assigned to me. I can easily see what the newest/orders are, locations, and company name. I also like that I can easily look up my progress throughout the week, and can create reports on how well I'm doing compared to my co-workers
The company search tool can be a little difficult to use. If one word is spelled wrong, nothing will pull up. A quick spell check or autofill would be useful
