I like how you can search candidates names, phone numbers, or emails and pull them up automatically. I also like how user friendly it is with the home screen where you can view anything you might need to select.
Nothing it is pretty easy and straight forward.

Well thought out with integration to several job boards. The ability to harvest resumes from those job boards. Streamlined work flow allowing assignment among team members and for management to review work by individuals. Ability to compare multiple resumes for a candidate; creating templates for sending emails; well organized for tracking submissions made to clients, responses, rejections and hires.
It is expensive to use for small recruiting offices, and there is no "lite" version. Otherwise have had no complaints.

As a recruiter I use JobDiva everyday for recruiting. It has made recruitment very easy for everyone as it allows to keep everything at one place. You can search all the candidates in your database and send them emails through mail merge. You can access all the requirements in your dashboard and everything you need as a recruiter.
* one of the best Applicant Tracking System (ATS) * Most efficient in searching candidates. * You can route the resume through other Job Boards to your JobDiva. * You can place notes on candidates. * Allows to save search strings. * Has email merge option to send multiple mail.
* It doesn't allow to ise wildcard (*) in your search strings unlike other job boards which makes your search more efficient.

I'm on the back office side of things. The two best features are the time coddlers and the commissions module. Both have saved us a tremendous amount of time and reduced data input errors dramatically. It's allowed to automate the majority of our billing and payroll.
The UI could be a little cleaner...but I'm not too concerned with that as the system works great! The only other issue I have is with regards to the BI reports. They could be more user friendly and they also seem to take quite a while to load.

It has been a great experience using JobDiva, it has been about three years now. The candidate pool keeps on improving everyday.
The software is basically built to bring in resumes from a variety of Job Portals, which makes it easy. The newly introduced RTS system makes it easy to get the fresh talent.
Sometimes the system is slow. If JobDiva can add a feature to include the seniority level of the candidate we are searching for, this would definitely would refine the search and bring out better candidates.

Its a user friendly tool and have been using reporting and hotlist features the most.
it does not allow customization as much as I would like and certain things like resume formatting and Calender invites through jobdiva for Interview and meeting setups

Overall experience is fairly satisfying as it does the job and a lot more.
Vast variety of reports that are very helpful in Payroll.Excellent time tracking system.
Not available as phone App.Should have capabilities to contact the consultants via mobile phone massages.

Can't report on some data fields with other data fields that are initially selected to start your BI reporting.
BI functionality, ease of reviewing time sheets, and using assignment records.
Too many fields with same data and hard to identify fields being used in reporting.

Great ATS
Its very easy to track calendar and creating reports on Job Diva. Also you need not to go to different portals to get the resume. Job diva has all of them once configured . Candidate hot-list is one the best feature in Job diva i like.
One of the cons in Job diva is that I feel the filter options, In Job diva the qualifications are updated manually,such as Visa Status, The Qualification Status in job diva should have been updated automatically at the time of Fetching the resumes from portals

I think there is nothing that I don't like about JobDiva. Rather we can make it more advanced by adding some more features that its competitors are using.

Great! Its an amazing tool and provides you the best result, its just you should know how to use it better.
The ability to pull profiles from different job portals on real time basis and keep fetching profiles even when not actively using. It keeps itself up to date. It has great storage capacity and there is a lot that could be done. Job could be posted, profiles could be fetched, candidates' profiles could be altered and merged etc etc.
Sometimes, it fetches the irrelevant profiles and catches keywords only. JD should work on it artificial intelligence as well

User experience, detailed reports, easy of tracking candidates. A complete ATS

Best Job Board and I will recommend it to others to review.
Had lot of success with its amazing features, when you have a turnaround time to fill a Job then JobDiva is the solution with its one click email merge we can send hundreds of emails, its like fire and forget and you will get responses in your inbox. Has many other features like database of old and new resumes. can track current and past employees, can track email trials to the candidate and many more.
Has very few issues but that's ok when you are using such a great software. Customer support is prompt. Search in the main page can be improved and also the candidate note window which cannot be adjusted.

It is easy to use Jobdiva, but it is challenging to become a master at using it because it has a lot of functions that take time to learn and get familiar with.
There are a lot of unexpected functions with each assignment. A lot of small tips for users to make daily tasks easier.
The UI design is very outdated and sometimes can be overstimulated. Customer service responds very fast but does not really resolve the issues.

My experience with Job Diva is amazing. Job Diva is very impactful in sourcing resume from other portals, for reports, creating hotlists and Mass emailing. This is the best software for recruitment and staffing industry
It makes the recruitment/staffing process easy by searching amazing profiles. Job Diva is easy to user friendly and provide all features required for sourcing resumes.
It's fully featured software, what you can add is the history which shows the resume you clicked in older searches.

Since I started using JobDiva 2.5 years ago, I have really enjoyed everything.
It's really easy to use. New user will find very easy to understand this, lots of candidates pool.

Should implement Job diva in a your company.
Job Diva provides all aspects of recruiting. It is very easy to use.Job Diva provides options to fetch in resumes from an external job boards such as dice,monster,career builder etc ,into one board and to navigate resume its database. It is also good for Managers to get detailed reports of recruiter of there activity.
Filtration of US status is difficult. Also instant fetching directly from Job portals integrated to it is not possible.

It is very useful for all Recruitment companies for END-END process. It is a fully integrated application with Job Boards, Applicant Tracking, Recruiter Performance Tracking, Candidate On-Boarding. Very much useful and all at once. no need to use other tool/application. Can save and find out desired candidate's profiles with the use of setting attributes.
I haven't really find anything negative using Job Diva. But i have one request that is to get an option to get perfect consultant with needed years of experience. Also there is experience box at the time of search but it not not so relevant it gives will be appropriate.

There are a whole lot of features of JobDiva that are not present to other ATS. I think this is what is giving us an edge from the other vendors. I can say that I am a satisfied user as I am able to hit my goals with JobDiva.
JobDiva has been a great help in my recruiting career. It has allowed check candidate engagement, check candidate status, mass mail, and source for quality leads.
Not something that I can say I dislike but it would be a great help if the candidate's preferred location will be included on their profile.

The reports it can generate based on the data inputted into the system is leaps and bounds better than our previous software. The ability to hone in talent searches and reverse search job positions is a great feature. Leaving notes and tracking them against candidates is a huge benefit.
The coddler doesn't pull in correct information half the time when it's set up with B2B websites. It also breaks frequently with our VMS clients where we have to go back and manually put in information.

I like the way this product is automated. I used multiple ATS in the past and even designed a few ATS, but the way JobDiva designed it is the best example of creating a process by simply using automation.It makes lots of recruiting processes easy.
I guess the method of extracting data from the database can be refined. Everything is on point; I can work on real-time data, but if I want to access the databases, then it becomes exhausting work. We can use some basic filtering or the same string method to find the relevant results.
