The resume pool firstly, the applicant tracking and job postings is very easy to do and helps really well to find the right candidate for the requirements

User Interface - If it can be tweaked based on some modern design styles with more option of customizing for an individual user.

Very easy to use, good menu's, well placed functionality and lots of "extra" options that help you tailor it to your business/individual needs. Unlike other ATS', JobDiva has things placed where you would expect them to be placed and are simple to use for the most basic of users.

I would like an easier way to add functions (i.e. new radio buttons or criteria sorting options) outside of what comes already. Also, i would like to understand the mapping of skillsets and how that is structured, and maybe an option after a search string is created to "turn off mapping" for that specific search event. Also, I see a lot of emails turning red if JobDiva feels they are not valid, but those same emails are working for me with individuals, so not sure how, but reducing that would be great.

Its user-friendly interface and robust features have made my job so much easier.

Nothing as such, everything is good when it comes to Job Diva

The user interface is a bit tricky to understand. Generally in comparison to job dashboards... Hard to know the active status of a candidate.

Many features such as Email Merges, Easy and Quick search string preparation and candidate search. Passive candidates search and 5-10 years old resumes can be sourced. Create your own requirement and maintaining available and contacted candidate database for each requirement

Some times it freezes but it can be rectified with a ticket. Candidates Notes window can not be increased please look into it.

JobDiva is easily customizable and allows for automation with candidates - with an amazing support team and tons of training options available at your fingertips, its easy to navigate through the site.

Sometimes it doesn't feel as user-friendly to navigate through the options or to be able to utilize all the interesting features without help from support

Excellent recruiting interface and features. Easy to get Junior recruiters up to speed quickly. Works great with VMS portals.

CRM features are week. Could use an upgrade to the UI and workflow.

I am using Job Diva since my carrier starting on wards, most of the company's used job diva except few. when ever i am having this tool i can do the work very smart and accurate. its helpful to the recruiters very Much. we can save our time and do multi tasking on multiple requirements at a time. I my self give rating 10/10

Need to Develop View and UI, Moreover give an otioon to block the candidate in the mail merging, Uploading should also be done very fast.

1. User interface is really good, but a bit boring like old look, cuz of lacking in attractive colors.

It is the best and most easy to use Applicant Tracking System I have used till date. The UI is simple and interactive.

The old layout was much more efficient and I was used to it.

It have huge database of consultants Resume and Very helpful in fetching profiles.

Most of the time resumes are not updated so it is very difficult to find out.

Database creation and Notes can be seen easily. Submission tracker and overall performance of Candidate, as well as recruiter, can be seen.

Order of Candidates irrespective of time and data fetch from Dice, Monster, and Career Builder. Sometimes uploading profile is difficult and it cannot fetch all the necessary data from Resume.

JobDiva is one of the best ATS I came across. Its takes 2-3 days to learn its features but once you are hands-on its very simple to use. It is well integrated to different portals, and recruiter don't have to go to different portals to search resumes. Timesheet of consultant are also very easy to handle on Job diva.

Jobdiva is little slow. It is difficult to open multiple resumes. Fetching of new resumes may take time.

How easy it is to set hotlists and and tasks.

I wish that the tasks popped up as reminders within the app. I would not like it emailed but if it popped up as a reminder that would be amazing.

I like the ability to track my progress. The dashboard feature is easy to use.

I find the candidate search feature to be a little challenging.

I like its feedback management which is a 360 degree system, it gives a scope of improvement for people who need to and a sense of motivation when an appreciation is received. It is helpful in leave tracking as well

Its a paid tool, costing is slightly high compared to the features and functionalities provided by them
