Their customer support was always very friendly and responsive to questions.
Great ability to harvest hundreds/thousands of resumes from job boards that you actively subscribe to. A lot of customized features available for reporting, and for recruiting teams to submit resumes directly to sales teams or customers.
Like most products, it's only as good as the data that is entered. It's a massive tool. Everyone should buy in to fully utilize it. I think it would be overkill for a small shop.

Overall, JobDiva is one of the better ATS's on the market today and the most user friendly
Very easy to use, good menu's, well placed functionality and lots of "extra" options that help you tailor it to your business/individual needs. Unlike other ATS', JobDiva has things placed where you would expect them to be placed and are simple to use for the most basic of users.
I would like an easier way to add functions (i.e. new radio buttons or criteria sorting options) outside of what comes already. Also, i would like to understand the mapping of skillsets and how that is structured, and maybe an option after a search string is created to "turn off mapping" for that specific search event. Also, I see a lot of emails turning red if JobDiva feels they are not valid, but those same emails are working for me with individuals, so not sure how, but reducing that would be great.

It's been very good as in tracking all the things. The one thing which i miss is checking activities of the candidates in real time.
Applicant tracking, database, job tracking and management. Overall everything related to recruitment can be covered.
The user interface is a bit tricky to understand. Generally in comparison to job dashboards... Hard to know the active status of a candidate.

I will recommend this product has been working since many years from my previous company
Many features such as Email Merges, Easy and Quick search string preparation and candidate search. Passive candidates search and 5-10 years old resumes can be sourced. Create your own requirement and maintaining available and contacted candidate database for each requirement
Some times it freezes but it can be rectified with a ticket. Candidates Notes window can not be increased please look into it.

I am using Job Diva since my carrier starting on wards, most of the company's used job diva except few. when ever i am having this tool i can do the work very smart and accurate. its helpful to the recruiters very Much. we can save our time and do multi tasking on multiple requirements at a time. I my self give rating 10/10

1. We use JobDiva to track each and every day work, performance and overall reports of user are issued from JobDiva. 2. JobDiva helps us to keep track of each and every position that we are working on and helps to decrease repetitive work like reaching out to a candidate twice by different recruiters, ability to mention notes, easy to schedule interview and on-board candidates. 3. Maintaining a huge centralized database accessible to each and every employee.

I've been using JobDiva for 4 years now and I've decided to continue using it. Just need few upgradation.
Database creation and Notes can be seen easily. Submission tracker and overall performance of Candidate, as well as recruiter, can be seen.
Order of Candidates irrespective of time and data fetch from Dice, Monster, and Career Builder. Sometimes uploading profile is difficult and it cannot fetch all the necessary data from Resume.

Great tool that I have been working with for over 9.5 years
- Makes recruiting very easy- maybe too easy - Connects directly to VMS systems to pull in clients requirements directly - Connects directly to major job boards like Monster, Dice and Career Builder
- New feature roll outs can be slower then expected - if you stop using JobDiva you lose the database that you have built up with them - The Custom BI Reports feature can be complex to build reports

Overall best ATS
JobDiva is one of the best ATS I came across. Its takes 2-3 days to learn its features but once you are hands-on its very simple to use. It is well integrated to different portals, and recruiter don't have to go to different portals to search resumes. Timesheet of consultant are also very easy to handle on Job diva.
Jobdiva is little slow. It is difficult to open multiple resumes. Fetching of new resumes may take time.

I use it to track sales activity whether that be meetings, cold calls or whatever, this software is instrumental in keeping records of conversation to be used at a later date. It is also an amazing place to see progress that others within the company are making on clients that may have several location across the country.
How easy it is to set hotlists and and tasks.
I wish that the tasks popped up as reminders within the app. I would not like it emailed but if it popped up as a reminder that would be amazing.

Initially I have been using it as an applicant tracking system. But now mostly for performance review, feedback tracking, attendance monitoring. It is easy to use and flexible to modify any requests still in pending state.
I like its feedback management which is a 360 degree system, it gives a scope of improvement for people who need to and a sense of motivation when an appreciation is received. It is helpful in leave tracking as well
Its a paid tool, costing is slightly high compared to the features and functionalities provided by them
