Awful. Every point was awful. Would never use them again.
Nothing. Completely regret using them and would avoid at all costs.
Their dishonesty. They sold us packages we did not need, and were not apologetic, they also lied about the packages which meant we thought we had more coverage than we did. The overall experience of interacting with them was very slow and not enjoyable. Their customer service is awful.

They are our current data partners for job postings data. JobsPikr scrapes data from multiple job boards and company websites every day and there has never been an issue with the quality of data. It's very easy to get started and their customer support is exceptional. We believe we'll continue to use JobsPikr till our use-case is active.
JobsPikr offers high quality job postings data at a very competitive price. We've have been using their services for over 2 years now and have been extremely happy to continuous stream of jobs data that we receive on a daily basis, which is critical for our analysis. Using their API was seamless, thanks to their details documentation and our development was able to complete the integration in about 2 weeks time in all. Another good thing is that they offer a free trial which helped in making the decision faster.
Nothing much really. Granted that there are days when the data flow might take a hit but the recovery time is impressive and in the last 2 years, we have rarely lost any significant data.

We use JobsPikr job feed data to analyze trends on a company and keyword basis. We primarily access data through their Job Search and Aggregation API, although they do have a very clean and convenient dashboard to make and export requests. JobsPikr provides excellent data freshness, accurate data records, and an API syntax which allows for granular queries. This is the best job feed data provider at the price point.
JobsPikr acquires data from multiple sources like CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, and more. Job listings are available globally. We find job board data to be uploaded within 24 hours of posting. Crawled records are cleaned, organized into fields, and ready to use. Our usage benefits greatly from JobsPikr being built on a ElasticSearch database. ElasticSearch queries allow us to pay for exactly the records we need with minimal post-processing. For those unfamiliar with ElasticSearch syntax, JobsPikr has a built in "Query Builder" to assist in putting together an API request with any of their available search parameters bringing granularity and convenience to your API usage. The team is responsive and friendly with quick turnaround times on feature requests and support tickets.
JP insights plan required to access industry data from LinkedIn job postings. Rate limit for the Aggregation API is lower than we were expecting (Only 100 req/hour allowed vs 5000 req/hour on the data API).

JobsPikr has great customer service and a great API. I haven't had any problems.
It was easy for me to set up Python code to automate queries for the API, it has been running without problem for about 2 years now
Documentation is good, but I found some unexpected behaviour which wasn't indicated by the documentation.

JobsPikr provides an easy-to-use platform that lets me quickly search for job postings that match your specific criteria based on title, skill set, location, keywords, and more. On top of that, they have a huge repository of historical data.
Candidate data is not available. It will be good if they have supply side of the data as well!

The app's functionality allowed me to gather valuable insights that I wouldn't have been able to find on my own. This data was crucial in helping us make informed decisions about our expansion plans.
Though the data can be easily exported in different formats, integration with other applications could be a big plus.
