Pros

The price is great and the training/support has been top notch. There is a ton of flexibility and customization in the system and we are really excited about all of the things Jolt can help us do.
The modular ability of being able to build what you need is great. Setting up pushes for the lists and forms at specific times is a great tool to help keep the team on track daily.
Jolt offers very good value for money for a number of features it has and the support is excellent from the Jolt team, we had this up and running within two weeks of signing up.

Pros

The Support Team is very responsive, and is good about following up after a call to be sure we're good to go.
ALMobile software is easy to use once it is taught. The AL Support Team is superb and very responsive.
The reporting is nice and clean. They are easy to run the default reporting.

Cons

It would get lost or just not even send. There should just be a way for us to preset a password for the employee and once they log in it asks them to reset it.
Setting up reminders for a task list (e.g. every 3 months) I personally find confusing.
Now we have pens and there is no questioning who prepared an item, when or at what point it expires.

Cons

Not ALM's fault; but being tied to Microsoft's upgrade timeline is annoying.
I suspect it's related to updates getting applied that cause a server to re-boot overnight.
I am not going to lie, there has been times when I complained about the software, but it really was just me trying to do something that the software was not designed for - mostly admin stuff.
