JOP is good tool to monitor time bound actions, it gives clarity on your quarterly deliverables and can be tracked at ant time.
Ease of access, Progress tracking and tracking past performance. Able to see company's OKR and can align with that.
Unable to replicate OKR of previous Quarter, always we have to add OKR for new quarter. Some copy / forward OKR option shall be there.

Overall, had a great experience implementing and using JOP. It truly helped our multiple teams align on core company objectives and work towards them.

The Align feature that connects team > department > company level OKRs was not up to the mark. Rarely, we have seen slow loading time, though it has improved recently.

Since I have started using JOP for 1 month, I have found how effective it is in terms of taking our work seriously, focusing in our tasks, Reporting to our Seniors, and even in Individual way it has enhanced my performance.
