JOP is good tool to monitor time bound actions, it gives clarity on your quarterly deliverables and can be tracked at ant time.
Ease of access, Progress tracking and tracking past performance. Able to see company's OKR and can align with that.
Unable to replicate OKR of previous Quarter, always we have to add OKR for new quarter. Some copy / forward OKR option shall be there.

The Align feature that connects team > department > company level OKRs was not up to the mark. Rarely, we have seen slow loading time, though it has improved recently.

Good. Its just that we need more mentors from JOP Team and their involvement in training the on-boarding team, to ensure speedy training, adoption and implementation, so that organisation starts reaping its benefits as early as possible.
Setting up OKRs, frequent periodical reviews - Ensures setting up Aspirational targets, alignment with company goals as well as cascades seriousness, accountability to the team, horizontally as well as veetically.
Pace of adoption and lower engagement and slow pace of training, within same functions.

Overall good tool to improve organization performance along with individual peformance on professional way, data trend, tracking and recogniation
Recognize your team members with badges with peformance tracking on a transparent way and enjoy your work, take corrective messures when things are not moving on right direction based on progress chart of Goals, KRAs
Needs to be sync with SAP and other application so that requied data should be authenticate instead of manually checking. Also numbers should be cross check with organization leval in place of an individual put their score abrantly
