Overall, my experience with UKG Ready has been very nice. There have been no real issues and pretty much a smooth experience. The system is easy to navigate and user friendly.

Easy peasy

This software is very reliable and secure when it comes to the employee's information. Being able to log in and see what HR sees in their system made it easy to see what needed to be updated. Also, being able to request time off through the software eliminated the paper trail of trying to get it signed off.

Kronos is a necessity for work

So far I have had no issues with the essentials of UKG Ready. I have been thrilled to have control of when I clock in and out, submitting missed punches, and submitting time for work related courses completed at home. This has become my favorite work related app.

Good HRIS, could use some functionality updates

Using Kronos has significantly reduced the hours spent handling and filing paperwork on each employee.  Employee reviews, job goals, reward and disciplinary matters are all handled through Kronos.  Employee basically have access to their entire work history.  They also have access and  ability to print their W-2 and ACA form.

Kronos is the only software that we looked at that allowed us to have automated attendance points.  Each customer we work with has a different attendance policy but Kronos Workforce Ready is flexible enough to accommodate each policy that we've needed.

This is a new system that we are using and I really like the way I can move from one page to the other without issue. I like that I can go in and look at the pay stub from work or phone.

Another inconvenience is the lack of fingerprint login feature on phones. I also found it inconvenient that the website password has to be changed every 60 days.
