Kudos is a great motivator to hear from employees for improvements or thanks for a job well done by peers, with cheers or by managements for reports.

Pros

This is a great tool to show appreciation for personnel and their efforts to work together to grow as a company .

Cons

I am unsure if it is a client based setting but there should be defined causes for resetting an activity. A die hard responder for feedback, should not be penalized for taking time off from work such as a vacation.

Kudos is intuitive for users and the Kudos staff are accommodating and quick to help when needed.

The ability for employees to give real-time feedback and positive recognition in a convenient, easy to use channel.

Pros

They were with you each step of the way and willing to produce additional training materials for employee and training sessions for administrators.

Cons

There are a few items from a functionality standpoint that are a little clunky such as how employees are listed in the search field and how employee data is imported. There are also some reporting limitations.

Pros

The Kudos platform is a valuable resource for connecting Charity Network employees in different locations and departments.

Cons

The only thing that comes to mind are some different styles of reports. Having said that, they currently offer a wide variety of reports.

Lack of employee motivation Kudos has improved employee productivity.

Pros

It has a very user-friendly interface, you can easily write an appreciation message to colleagues and shine them for outstanding performance. Kudos points received can be turned or redeemed into gift rewards like shopping vouchers, fuel vouchers, and movie tickets.

I like everything about this application and I strongly recommend to all other brands, it's a great tool for reward and recognition

It has allowed our firm to further our culture of employee engagement and recognition with the instant notifications and public view options.

Pros

Kudos is very user friendly. Our firm was trained and everyone seemed to pick up on it right away. The ease of use has lead to more use, which in return has been great for peer recognition.

Cons

The one improvement is that I would like to be able to track how many points and what categories my employees have been classified in, and this may be a feature I am unfamiliar with at this time.

More employee engagement, visibility into employee traits, and more workplace fun.

Pros

Kudos' web-based application makes it easy and fun for employees to thank each other, and we've had great success integrating it into our existing Employee Rewards program.

Cons

There isn't much that I don't like about Kudos. Some of the backend features are put in places you wouldn't expect, so the website could be more intuitive. Also, there really isn't a good way to correct points given in error, whether the points were given to an unintended person or the points were the wrong amount.

Kudos has become a part of our company culture- ways to recognize employees on a regular basis, opportunities for others to see what is going on throughout the company and come together for fun events throughout the year.

Pros

The ease of use for employees, the ability to recognize employees from your desk or mobile phone!

Cons

There are some features that we would like to customize, but currently there isn't that flexibility. However, if you put in your request with Kudos, they are great about finding ways to make it happen!

Great for Employee feedback

It is very easy to use and a very quick way for me to send a Thank you or Good job to my team.

Pros

I like that I am able to give personal feedback to my team and add 'Kudos' points to it. I know that people like to get positive feedback, but positive feedback with an award (points = $) makes it all the better. Recognition goes a long way for reinforcement and makes people feel that their hard work is recognized.

Cons

I wish they gave more power to all employees to attach points to comments rather than just upper management.
