Kwench is a cloud-based employee recognition and rewards platform which combines social recognition, gamification, workflow automation, real-time analytics, and more. The software is suitable for companies of all sizes and industries across the globe, and offers native apps for iOS and Android devices.

With Kwench, users can define multiple company- or department-specific rewards, and automate birthday wishes and service anniversary awards. Reward-specific approval workflows can be created, and reward budgets can be allocated to different managers or business units. Dashboards give users insight into real-time analytics, with drill-down capabilities granting access to metrics at the manager, business unit, or organization level. Data can be exported for further processing or presentations in both spreadsheet and graphical formats.

Kwench offers a global gift voucher catalog which allows employees to select their rewards from a range of merchandise and experiences. Once a reward is selected, the corresponding voucher code is automatically delivered to the recipient, instantly. Kwench also integrates with a number of HRMS systems, including SuccessFactors and Workday, intranets, and collaboration platforms, including Yammer and SharePoint.

Myperks is extremely easy to use not just as an administrator but also as a user. The features are pretty much those which the users would really expect from an R&R portal. We did not have much issue with training our employees on how to use it as it is quite self explanatory.The look and feel is quite interesting and does attract a user to spend more time on it.
