It's nice to have everything in one place, especially the 1:1s. 

Great features but sometimes difficult to find things

We use Lattice for the daily interactions between team members, and especially between managers and their team members. It's great for tracking monthly / yearly goals as well, and is a pretty full featured OKR system if you use that style of goal management.

Super helpful for 1:1 meetings and goals

Lattice has been a great tool for our company to eliminate the use of many spreadsheets saved in a million different places. It allows managers and employees to manage the entire employee experience in one place. We have enjoyed implementing this for our company.

Pretty good.

Overall, Lattice is a great tool to track your career goal setting. You can set-up on-on-one with your manager to discuss your performance highlights or lowlights and attain performance improvement. Also, you can provide feedbacks as well as receive one.

Overall, I like this software because it consolidates all OKRs in one place which is very convenient. 

Great OKR software

Overall it has been great, it takes a good year, and reminders, to get staff and managers to utilize the tools it offers. But once they start using the system they enjoy and get value from it. 

This was particularly obvious during review periods where a lot of the needed information was already available in the goals and one-on-one meetings.

Sending recognition to other members of the organization can be viewed by integrating the software with Slack.  It has created an environment where everyone works harder to help others achieve their objectives.

Lattice Review

It's been absolutely amazing! Prior to Lattice, we were using fillable PDF's! No one ever read those and they were a means to an end until we found something like Lattice. One other wonderful feature is being able to upload those PDF's as historical reviews that both employees and managers can view. Additionally, if someone switches to a new manager, their previous performance reviews follow them so that the new manager can view as well. :)

It helps build a better company culture

With Lattice it's harder to forget to do performance reviews because of the reminder emails and it being front and center on the website. Also, since the questions are so clear and easy to understand it's easy to get the reviews taken care of without losing much of your day!

I have only used Lattice a couple time when giving feedback on colleagues via our Slack integration.  Overall, it is a good experience.

I like that this software is essentially a one-stop-shop for company-wide as well as individual performance management. It consolidates information and eliminates the need for multiple systems or individual files/spreadsheets. For goal setting, I really like how Lattice allows for transparency and collaboration.
