Pros
The overall onboarding and live support experience has been amazing with Lessonly. Mike and Jacey are great resources and a pleasure to work with.
The beauty of this tool is, the ease of creating the courses. Integration with third party software like Slack and Salesforce is good.
I never found their sales team be pushy which is always a wonderful bonus. They also have quite a few meetup events with company reps which I'm a big fan of.
Pros
We chose Capabiliti because they have a good reputation with being secure. It's also really easy to use, so easy that you don't need IT support.
I see this is app to become an integral to part all the function in my organization. Kudos to the minds behind this fantastic app.
We integrated Capabiliti with our existing Sales training and believe me the outcome was brilliant. Our sales reps got trained in the most efficient way delivering the best outcome.
Cons
The only negative comment would be that it takes a while to get used to the lessons & courses format that is at the core of how the material is organized.
The dashboard is a little weak for discovery and the search is presented in a manner that results in 1 lesson producing many search results.
Annoying we have issues assigning some lessons to people - the software seems to have issues with certain email addresses which is unhelpful.
Cons
I personally used to hate missing out on great candidates just because of availability or logistical issues.
The fact that there was no interference / involvement of Client's IT Dept, speaks volumes about their platform.
Got it done in no time and at minimal costs. Spent much less than our allocated budget and got much more in return.
