Lesson.ly is a super versatile tool for teaching. It provides an quick and easy to use format that even incorporates pictures and video. It is one of my favorite ways to share ideas.
I like how easy it is to learn and use.
I don't dislike anything about Lesson.ly.

We use lessonly for most of out internal training throughout every department in Weave.
Lessonly is an easy way to do trainings throughout the company. You are able to present the information in a number of different formats to help our employees learn no matter how they learn.
A lot of our Lessonlys are very basic but that might just be the way that we set them up rather than a drawback to Lessonly's features.

Lessonly is a great way to learn new policies, practices, and information. I enjoy that is has options to read and learn, and then be tested at the end to see what stuck and see where you could improve.
I haven't used very much learning software so I'm hesitant to say that Lessonly is the best.

I like how easy it is to create a quiz and to monitor results. We use lessonly to quiz our sales floor after weekly lunch and learn trainings and it helps us keep everyone certified.
No issues at all. It does exactly what we need it to.

It is refreshing to have one place to go to in order to get all the information necessary for onboarding as a new hire. It is also nice to have a place to learn new materials as they become available for the company.
The UI is pretty basic and there are not a lot of bells and whistles which is disappointing for a learning software.

Our organization started working with Lessonly just over a year ago, we definitely needed a radical shift in the way that we trained our advisers. This tool was easy to learn and provides an organized way to test our employee's retention of information (new policies, procedures, system navigation, etc.)

It's a nice tool that lets you set up learning tools for your end users to use and go over learn from. I set up a whole IT course for new users to do as part of their onboarding process. We also use in conjunction with our broader company-wide onboarding set up .
the only thing I can think of could use a little work on is the user management, i think it could be a little better and easier to add users and as well as remove them too.

Lessonly allows us to share content externally with teams that sell our products in an easy and fun way. Not only people can learn about our products but they can also receive extra tips and training. This is important for us to maintain great working relationships with our external partners. We also use Lessonly internally to ensure our staff stay up-to-date with industry compliance requirements.
There is nothing I don't like. The tool is excellent and the customer success team amazing!

I am a part time sales enablement/training resource in a growing SAAS company. Lesson.ly has allowed me to significantly and positively leverage my available time so that I can remain focussed on training and learning development versus training administration. A breeze to learn, simple to use, and just the right amount of capability without spending a fortune. New features being added all the time that add value!

As stated above, their customer support team is amazing! From the time you meet with your Enterprise Account Manager/Services Delivery Manager to finally launching Lessonly within the company, its painless and welcoming. There are so many options to build content, make it your own brand, and teach the learners. Lessonly helps with all of this to create a very smooth transition. You are also invited to join their community with likeminded people and have the ability to have discussions with others about their wins, while joining events where you can learn best practices on how to use the product.
Lessonly is simple and super easy to use on both the Learner and Admin side. A feature that is most impactful is Trigger feature. We use this to assign training content and it is a huge win for us! We have a large number of people starting weekly and it was getting difficult to assign content individually, with this particular tool in Lessonly, it made it so easy to create a group and set the trigger...
There isn't much to dislike about Lessonly. If I had to pick anything it would be the ability to not copy/duplicate Paths or a Lesson section. There are times when we create a specific path, but then need to create variants of it based on roles. Ex: Trainer versions of the same path. Same thing with a Lesson section, there are times a whole section is needed in another Lesson and the alternative is to copy paste or add the element to the element library (this can be nice as you can link the element, meaning if you change one Lessons element, it will change the others so you don’t have to go find the other Lesson to update).
