Customer feedback is taken into consideration, which is highly appreciated. What I appreciate most is that the survey is with optimal frequency - once per month, the platform enables Line Managers to regularly monitor the climate in their teams and work with the recommendations given by the platform. The monthly report that is prepared by the Luther One Experts and the insights we receive is very valuable for us as HR and also for People leaders
With Luther One software ( Monthly 16) people leaders are enabled to access their results at any time, to see trends and also use the recommendations the software suggest to improve the results of the team. The Luther One team is engaged to develop the solution based on customer needs. As a customer, I feel valued and our cooperation is appreciated.
It will be great if we can have the option to create our own questions with different scale for assessment. I'm really satisfied with the integration we use, despite of the challenges we had, caused by the specifics of the system for employee data we use.

Exceptional tool! From my point of view, one of the best AI-driven solutions on the market.
Very intuitive, easy to use for both managers and team members. Unlocking team’s potential through data-driven recommendations. Provides insightful trends on multiple dimensions of engagement.
You have to read spontaneous comments one by one, which provides deeper understanding. But I miss the option of categorizing similar ones.
