Sure Payroll makes processing payroll a breeze! I am able to complete my weekly payroll in minutes.
My only complaint is the 2 layer security. I know it is necessary this day in age, but I just don't care for it.

having a great time with it; I’ve only got a couple employees but it’s easy to pull up old paystub‘s, generate reports, record and payout.
sure payroll it’s cheaper than the rest but just as good
canceling a completed payroll is too expensive

easy to process payroll.
inexpensive and easy to use. easy to get W-2s and 1099s. Receive payroll processing reminders timely.
They do not process several local returns in Pennsylvania and Washington states. It does not take me long to process them quarterly through the appropriate tax portals.

The service department is very good and friendly, this has been a good alternative to writing payroll checks. They send in all the reports, etc.
The product serves our needs. It’s easier than check writing.
The app does not work for us, you have to use the website to perform the weekly payroll, even though we have the default payroll set up.

For the 5 years I have been using SurePayroll they seem to always have my back
Having everything at my fingertips for example; running payroll on the fly and accessing payroll records for each quarter

Service has been great, but even after uninstalling and reinstalling the mobile app gives me problems
One stop shop for housekeeper payroll. It just works.
Mobile app keeps crashing, making it harder to enter payroll.

You can do better than SurePayroll. While I loved their short processing times for payroll, their outdated and slow backend technology, consistent 2-Factor Authentication not functioning as it should (continued to ask even after trusting device), and a lack of communication when additional fees were applied caused us to move elsewhere. In such a competitive industry, clear and transparent pricing in addition to stellar customer support is non-negotiable. I've been thrilled with both the clear pricing and the customer support we've received from a different provider.

Nice but wouldn't use myself or select for a new venture.
Payroll on time, very friendly customer service
tedious to deal with even as an admin, constantly reverifying status as admin and having to work through phone trees to do anything manual

I like the ease of use & reliability of knowing my payroll will be taken care of without question...as long as I do my part and input the hours worked by my employees in a timely manner. In setting up the payroll, I was given some advice that has made the payroll process easier than before...don't know why my CPA, who was previously doing my payroll, didn't know these simple changes. I also like that my cost is less with Sure Payroll.
I truly haven't run in to any problems. I've been satisfied with customer service, when I've had questions.

So far my experience with the sales team was positive. Everyone was knowledgeable and willing to help. We’ve had a few payrolls run so far and so far so good.
User friendly interface. Easy to follow procedures.
Could not log into Sure Payroll account on Safari. Had to use Chrome.

Loved it when I started using it about 8 years ago. The past two years, it is so bad. I will be moving as many of my clients off of it as I can.
Software is easy to use for running payroll
Limited on what you can do yourself. Customer service is needed too frequently and over the last two years, customer service has gone downhill. Long hold times. If you put your number in for a call back, you either don't hear from them, or they call you back hours later and you are on hold for over an hour.

We have been using Sure Payroll for 15+ years. Everything was good until late last year. Sure Payroll has gone down the hill!! They have been filing wrong tax reports, changing employee's tax status and not filing in several cases. Customer Service is so slow in responding. Going to switch to another company now.

Overall very happy, easy to run payroll and keep going with business. I have only utilized the payroll features with SurePayroll, none of the extra benefits.
This is easy to use whether it is online or in the app. It takes me minutes to run payroll at most! User friendly, great support if I have questions, and easy for my employees to use.
The auto populated dates are some how out of sync, and although it is very easy for me to go in and change the dates, they are never correct right from the start. I use this for my nanny and same thing happened there and I had to call and it was a little bit of a run around until I got someone to help me "reset" them so they were right but I have no idea all the steps they had me do to reset them so I have to call for my business to figure this out, I just haven't done it. I am sure it is my user error some how but that has been the only minor complaint.

They are a big company and don't care to provide service. Also, if you need something expedited, they will charge you, but that doesn't mean you get a result.
well known and tax mistakes only happen every three years or so
poor service, can't do payroll when I'm out of town using phone or laptop.

Easy to process a normal payroll with no deviations
You are required to use two-factor authentication every time you login, and the system is slow in recognizing the numbers as you type them. It gives you the option to "remember me" except this option doesn't work. A customer service rep told me that they didn't build this into the software, my browser offers it, except it's clearly designed with the same UI as their system. Additionally, you cannot...

LMR saved me and my team getting paid and walked me through and entire process in one hour that took Surepayroll a month to do. And didn't even get it right. LMR saved that day and it was so refreshing and easy to use and she was so knowledgeable and helpful and really went over and above what I could ask for. I can't believe I didn't sign up with Intuit payroll first. Now I know!
