Great tool for quickly giving props to anyone in your company! With a little set up, a great culture of giving recognition can take on a life of its own.
Easy to give recognition to anyone, including those that you supervise. A great way to give the small spot bonuses that are so effective. Everyone sees the recognition, but not the $. Also, the org chart is easy to use and very helpful!
APIs are not all built out yet.

It is the best tool, that I know so far, that helps to build strong professional relationships and appreciate your colleagues.
Easy to use, intuitive and the impact in the professional relationships
Integrate it in other applications, like for example Teams meetings, so you can appreciate the help of somebody directly after the meeting.

This is the 2nd company where I hace used Motivosity and I really enjoy it. I would highly recommend.
I like the ability to say thanks in a fun way that others can see but isn't a direct call out that could embarass the person receiving the praise.
Some of the features I just don't plan to use, such as the feedback for teams. I use a different system for that kind of goal tracking.

It's functional, and has clean interface. It's easy to use very quickly and move on.
It's fun to read how people interact with each other in the organization, learn new things going on in one place, and to appreciate someone with a tangible gift with a meaningful message
It'd be cool to post to departments or teams. Sometimes it's slow.

I love the mechanism and framework it provides for offering sincere praise and thanks to my fellow team members.
I wish the pulse survey functionality and the built in survey capabilities were more customizable.

It has been a remarkable platform for our teams and goes beyond recognition in fostering cross-functional engagement.
Provides an easy means for employee engagement and recognition. Verbal recognition is far more important than the monetary portion but it all helps.
This is not a con. I haven't explored if there is a phone app. I will explore the app functionality. Most of us are using the desktop application.

Motivosity allows for consistent, real time visibility and recognition of great work happening across the organization with easy reporting options and ability for the HR and leadership team to comply with IRS rules regarding gifts and understand how recognition is impacting the company culture.
Motivosity makes employee recognition a breeze particularly for teams and offices across multiple locations allowing for real time visibility of the great work happening around the organization.
Motivosity has continued to grow the platform abilities with a number of different tools like engagement and feedback which is great for many companies. However, my frustration is I can't pick and choice what I want active and have found there are places were I am using a different system or process which becomes duplicative with Motivosity's, confusing employees and managers on where to follow the process diminishing both processes/systems.

You can give kudos to team members and provide gift card money for accomplishments.
Only works well if everyone is using the system. More integration with other products Microsoft teams, etc.

Simple and great price for what you get. Great reporting insights and dashboards built into the rewards portion of the software. Packaged differently then competitors of what you can have access to.
Definitely less functionality than most. Not a great setup for one off large awards such as presidential awards or initiatives. Really best used for peer to peer.

The teams are engaging and leadership is promoting. So far so good.
Integration was fairly seamless. Great tool for shout outs and acknowledge. A virtual option that works with today's world over a poster board and sticky notes!
I do believe there have been instances where private messages have been give public status. Could have been user error.

It is good. I think it helps me connect with co-workers and my team.
How it connects our teams and how we can work to show appreciation.
I think the $ standard UTA has set up is too low. I would like to appreciate more people with money. A "no dollar" appreciation is a running joke.

Motivosity has made recognizing contributions easy and fun for all, allows for targeted appreciation, and has made the workplace environment more collegial and familial.
Motivosity has been great in making the day to day a little bit more fun and for making employees feel valued and appreciated. It also helps connect employees, which has been crucial during all this remote work. Helps focus on individual accomplishments and contributions, and can even be used to give small prizes/rewards. I feel that this has made us closer as a team, and also shown how appreciated and valued everyone is. Also very easy to use and implement. It's a hit.
Some limited functionality, and would like to be able to focus on teams instead of having to select individuals, but overall this a great tool that has been wildly popular and I believe has really impacted morale for the best.

We started using Motivosity as a replacement for our previous employee recognition program (which consisted of hand written notes available for employees to fill out at the front desk). Motivosity is far and away the best tool we've used to increase employee engagement. It has changed the way we work in a few different ways: it helps employees recognize and reward each other for help given; connects...
Setup and maintenance is a breeze. We typically have one administrator look things over about once a week, and tools like mass importing and exporting of users and API integration options keep everything up to date. Motivosity also adapts to varying budget constraints. You can spend as much or as little as you want to administer your recognitions and awards. Motivosity seems so simple of a tool for the amount of benefits it offers.
Since Motivosity is relatively new as a product, there are some features that would be nice to have, but aren't available yet. Luckily, since it is so new, the product teams are very responsive to requests for features.

You know actively think about appreciating someone when he/she stepped up or helped you.
It's a very nice system to appreciate your colleagues. Where you normally wouldn't sent a message/email to thank someone, with Motivosity it's fun to do it. Also because everyone in the company can read it. It's fun to motivate the team with a simple message.
The Highlights option isn't really adding value. When sharing a highlight, it will be quickly 'overflooded' with other messages and not visible as it should be. It would be great to have 2 columns, one for your team - mandatory, and one for the company - or other teams. Highlights should be 'pinned' for some time or have a separate dashboard.

I have absolutely loved getting to use this tool in order to extend gratitude to my team. It also makes my day when someone sends me a thank you note, sometimes with a gift. It is a great way to promote team bonding and appreciation, and adding more humanity to our operations. No matter what kind of business you're in, people need to feel appreciated and noticed. Great product! Thank you!
I love that it is so accessible, and that it is so simple to show gratitude in a built-in way with our company.
I wish that the privacy configurations had customizing capabilities so that personality tests could be private or public.
