Newired is a highly dynamic enterprise with full commitment to make the customer happy, learning fast from feedback from the field and supplying high quality software with guiding principles of code free (that is easy to learn), low invasive (that is very very low integration need) and build for security.
Newired Journey and Tips allows to inject tips and guidance directly into the web-application's user interface - specifically in the context they need. This can not only help new users and irregular users to use the application more effectively and thus ensuring correct usage and more effectiveness, but also reduces need for upfront training and load on support. What is especially nice is that the guidance can be across divers web-application empowering a smoother guided user experience. In a world where the rhythm of software changes / releases is ever more increasing parallel to the digitalization of ever more processes in companies driven by ever faster time to market needs, Newired may become key to keep users engaged and focused.
As the software is disrupting in a way with current practices the “owner” of such software is not always clear. The business cases of its usage – even though it is always about user experience is varied as it affects various fields – ie. deployment, training, change initiatives, process “control”, support etc. On the other hand the aim of Newired is however always to ease the life of the user, which makes it very attractive.

Significantly reduce time and cost in training and time to market of new application
Do you want to do a specific function and you don't know how? Newired helps you. Do you want to have a "journey" of the application you are using? Newired guides you through menus and functions step by step. Do you want to inform and train your users and customers about the new features available? Newired does it without expensive training sessions. It is completely independent of the application to which it refers, and to which it adapts dynamically. In complex application processes, it helps you to better understand what you are doing, sure that you are always doing the right thing.
Because of the young age, it may be a bit slow in articulated and complex application flows. On the other hand, new releases that increase performance and functions are frequently available.

Reduct employee education costs and time to market
The product is very Easy to use and Extremely Adaptable to my Enterprise needs; all technical engineer is able to configure rewired journey without education session.

Newired allows people to experience the product in real time. And in comparison with other digital adoption platforms it's fairly easy to use even if one is not a programmer. The most important benefit to using Newired is that their customer service is fantastic.
What I like the best about the software is that it's fairly easy to use and implement even on small scale. You can use it with multiple websites. And it's relatively intuitive.
Onboarding to Newired could be improved.

Not found any, its only setting up the new wired was bit time consuming but support team helped us a lot
