nGAGEMENT overview

nGAGEMENT is a cloud-based employee engagement and gamification platform for call centers which combines game mechanics, social media, and recognition concepts to motivate employees and improve performance.

nGAGEMENT enables the gamification of KPIs through badges, leaderboards, team and peer-to-peer contests, and more. Agents can view their ranking and results on the leaderboard in real-time, collect badges for their achievements, and personalize their profiles and enhance their avatars to show off their progress to their colleagues. Agents can send one another friendly challenges, with a choice of metrics to be compared. More than 25 KPIs are included within the platform, and custom company or industry-specific KPIs are also supported. KPIs can be weighted, and are automatically tracked in nGAGEMENT.

nGAGEMENT also allows users to test employee knowledge and understanding with flash quizzes, which can be managed and monitored from a single screen. Start and end dates can be set, so quizzes can be set to expire on a specific date. Managers can view their team’s performance, and colleagues can recognize each other’s achievements on the activity feed.

nGAGEMENT was deployed at IQWare 3 months ago, and since then, we have been using it to collaborate between teams and locations. I love that it reminds me of Facabook, and I can get my stats every day. Finally, I don't have to wait for the boss to tell me how I'm doing LOL! easy to use, not a big time-sapping app, allows me to work on my stats before my performance review. Also, they just added integration with customer surveys, and I get to see the results at the same time as management
