I recently started using the Nova Gems app, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. The app is user-friendly with an intuitive interface that makes navigation seamless. The features are well-organized, allowing me to efficiently manage tasks and track progress of our employees. One of the standout aspects is the robust notification system, which ensures I never miss an important update. Additionally, the customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions. While there is always room for improvement, particularly in expanding some functionalities, Nova Gems has significantly enhanced my productivity and organization.
Excellent Customer service and support and quick Response
One aspect I liked least about Nova Gems is its occasional lag when switching between different features or updating information. While the app generally performs well, these occasional delays can be frustrating, especially when I’m trying to quickly manage my tasks.

Overall Completely Satisfied, the product meets are immediate needs and allows us operate efficiently.
What I appreciate most about the Novagems is its user-friendly interface and the instant notifications it provides for employees clocking-in on time, being present on-site, and actively engaging in tasks.
One aspect of Novagems that doesn't meet my expectation is their 24/7 customer support. While they usually answer calls promptly, the assistance provided may lack the competence, leading to delays of hours or even days to resolving an issue.

I absolutely love the Novagem App. It helps me stay organized and know where my employees are at all times. It also is wonderful for billing customers and scheduling

The monthly cost. Because I have so many girls on so many jobs in one day, I usually exceed the limit monthly.

The staff lay out and the staff info we can collect.
The mobil app is hard to work with on the go. Not having time off makes things hard. Vacation days not being blocked off so we can't schedule is a must for us as well

Although the features are strong. One room for improvement can be the limited features. Although they do provide customization, the wait time can be long.
Scheduling and reporting have been a breeze since we have switched to Novagems. We can make week’s of schedule in advance with simple steps that are like a walk in the park.
Scheduling on my phone is almost impossible My app keep sending me some random notifications in the midle of the night and its annoying, i would like to be able to change the sound on the notifications

Novagems allowed us to consolidate several technology platforms into one. It has a lot of versatile features and is easy to use. Novagem customer support is extremely friendly, responsive, and communicative.
This program combines the features of multiple software programs, such as patrol, scheduling, GPS monitoring, and timesheets, into one. This has greatly increased accountability for our employees and organization. The versatility of the features allows you to customize it to your individual needs.
There were some bugs in the beginning, but the support team fixed them promptly. There are some additional reporting features that would help our organization, and I know the support team is working to implement them.

We love dealing with Novagems, especially [sensitive content hidden] They have always surprised us with their customer support and Novagems helps us in the current market stage that we are in.
We love the ease of use, the editable geofence, the ability to schedule guards easily, and open up new job sites and get guards set up.
Probably one of the most important things that it lacks is that we cannot really do parking management. For instance, if you needed to document a license plate during a report, you cannot look up that info based on the license plate. You may need to see prior violations in the past but you can't do this. But, the rest of the app makes up for some of this.

I have been using Novagems Security Guard Management System for some time now and it has been a very helpful tool towards management of our daily tasks. It makes my job as a security manager easy and simplified.
The system helps track the security guards in real-time. This feature has helped our patrolling team on a bigger scale. With checkpoints and real-time supervision, we could deliver more effective services to our clients. Besides, there are other features that make every-day tasks easy like scheduling, reporting, timesheets, checklists, and more. Once you start using it, you will see how much this system has to offer.
One problem I faced was getting the entire team onboard. Not everyone on the security team found it easy to get along with the system. So, we took some time and the team of experts from Novagems helped us at every step when we required consultation and demos. It took some time but the team is now seamlessly using the system.

Most of my comments are documented in the ratings, but ease of use is high, they were able to get us up and running in little to no time, they schedule meetings to teach how to use the software, and so far the software is top notch. It is definitely a plus for our long term clients/employees and it helps to track for payroll. Their customer service, ours being Aditya, has always been responsive to our needs. We also use QR codes /NLC tags, scan points to make sure our guards are rotating on their tours.
Sometimes the mobile software gets a little glitch. For a period of time we could not edit the geofence, however, once Novagems was notified they immediately went to work to fix the issue and it was fixed in a matter of days. Also, the app logs us out from the manager app which can be frustrating when trying to check in with the guards tours and as an administrator, we expect to already be logged in when launching the app from our personal phones. Besides that, it is a great addition to your portfolio.

This system brings our data into one place and allows us to use less systems and spend less time moving data between the multiple systems we had in the past
Provides a combination of Services in one place/platform. Allows us to roster staff to shifts, prove time in attendance for both customer verification and payroll, and GPS tracking of staff whilst on jobs sites aiding both Occupational Health and Safety and proof of service for customers.
Web portal is slow on to access and make changes from Australia, App often drops out, user experience is not intuitive and requires multiple clicks and sub menus to set up shifts.

We had the opportunity to assist the software team with testing and providing feedback with some of Novagems features. The Novagems software has provided our company a superb timekeeping and tracking experience.
Most likable feature for Novagems is the scheduling, GPS monitoring, checkpoints/tours and timekeeping tools. When creating schedules Novagems allow you to create repetitive schedules and number of guards with the click of a button, this is very helpful with managing multiple client sites. GPS monitoring is phenomenal, this feature has saved the company $$$ when staff are late or leave posts early, Novagems tracks whether staff is within the designated perimeters. Novagem's checkpoint/touring feature is amazing, it allow security guards to scan and/or take picture of tagged checkpoints in set intervals and data is transferred to each nightly report along with activity logs and incident reports. The timekeeping feature allows for accurate and precise hours a guard worked, with the options to choose extraction layout, time periods, etc.
The hours are calculated in one hundredths, which can be time consuming especially when preparing payroll for multiple staff. If an employee worked 6.72, payroll must convert this to 6.43 ( rounded 6 hours and 45 minutes)
