Pros

We have been extremely happy with the ease of setup and training. The support team have been great to work with and super responsive when we have questions or concerns.
I love how user friendly and easy to use it it. The customer service is great-- shout out to Aimee.
It keeps everything in track for ease of planning events and schedules. The ability to clock in and out is wonderful too because we meet onsite for jobs as well.

Cons

The app works poorly on some older model cell phones. I haven't found a way to note when staff is on vacation to block those days so they are not accidentally added to the schedule.
There needs to be an offline mode in the time clock app for locations that have no service.
Lack of import features regarding, venues and clients. Must have a driver position that can see across events as one shift.
