Experience with Online Rewards

The relationships and service from our account managers and service teams have made this program very successful.

Pros

We are in our sixth year of a partnership with Online Rewards and what I liked most, from the beginning, was OLR's team's ability to listen to our needs and customize the program accordingly.

Cons

As we expanded our programs, it was challenging to keep them separate, then OLR's team was able to provide a solution that makes the different programs very easy to administer.

Great because i find it covenient and friendly, easy navigation, discounts.

Pros

Help foster long term relationship with customers by incentivizing repeat purchases and engagement

Cons

Implementing and maintaining an online reward program can be costly including expenses related to software.
