I like that you can put in a description, so you can look back to see why you took that day off. I like that you can see when people are off, helps to forecast resources.

The best thing of this software is that it is really user friendly. As a user, you can find all the information needed on the first page.

Price is right, I like the slack integration and my team finds it useful too, has a great support team that is always friendly and very responsive.

Overall it's a very useful tool. And as an added bonus, the integration with Slack is fantastic and fairly seamless.
Ease of monitoring and how seamless the application and approval process is.
Cons
In overall, the biggest problem, when having two accounts for different regions, with the sofware is that you can´t create an employee within two account.
This makes it very frustrating to use the tool whilst on the go. The 'manage my staff' function is difficult and clunky to utilise and isn't very clear.

Fraudulent interactions when trying to cancel.

Having to file a dispute now, all while employees keep emailing me that they want to book vacation but the tool isn't working, so I have NO idea how much time anyone has left now.
