Great way to see what's happening at a glance with my employees, I like being able to see when and where my employees are clocking in and out at. The app sometimes freezes up, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app at least once to get it working other that it has been a good change for my company.

Very good product.
My only dislike is that when I choose a department to work with, I still have to go through the entire company employee list to find the employees I want. It should only include employees in my criteria.

This is a great resource for any business, particularly small business that wants to monitor employee attendance. The system works efficiently and can be operated from any location away from actual work place. Pricing is reasonable. We love it.

Intriguing to see what it does and how it looks to solve a problem in a borderless digital age
Texts are chargeable, which is fine, but the costs are hidden a bit and not really made clear that it relies on carriers.

I like the GPS tracking so employees can only clock in and out at the required locations. We have 2 satellite offices so On The Clock allows me to control the exact locations where they can clock in. If they try to clock in elsewhere it does not allow it and it gives me an alert

Great. It’s free and works for what I need
Free for my office. Simple to use. Employees can clock in wherever I choose.
Exporting hours to Quickbooks does not work so I have to entire totals manually.

We did not have a time clock, so the employees would write down their time on a sheet of paper. With OntheClock it has been much more accurate, very easy to use and above all very cost efficient.

Being new to On the Clock, I knew nothing about entering new employee's or how to go about it. After dealing with the rep, I was confident that I could handle any part of it.
This software is very user friendly to use.
I have not found anything that I do not like about the software so far.
