Sometimes a little difficult changing people’s time clock hours when they forget to clock in or out.

This makes keeping times cards so efficient and simple, with 20+ employees it never gets overwhelming with how it’s set up.

I wish it had notifications that pop up when you log in if an employee forgot to clock out, some sort of notification pop up would make closing payroll out correctly a little easier.

I have used OnTheClock for several years for my small business. It is easy to use, has features that save me time and is very affordable.

I have had no problems with the software and recently when I needed some help turning off the mobile sign in feature I was sent prompt and clear instructions.

The ease of this program! It takes minutes to set up new employees, there are many variables that can be set for each employee. PTO requests are simple and track the employees hours!

Two things: It doesn't have a "report maker" where we can choose our own fields to report on. And, once you archive data, it won't show up on reports. That makes reporting a little more difficult

Easy way to manage time clocks as well as many other HR demographic data

Um... It serves my needs really well with a bunch of added functionality (that I don't even use) for a cheap price... No complaints!

App can sometimes run slow or delay their clock in. In some cases it won't even clock them in but is usually when there is a update available.

We have been using on the clock for about 5 years now and have recently added to to other businesses. It's a great product and easy to use and they keep coming out with new features.

This software is very easy to set up and simple to use. It has made tracking hours and the payroll process much easier.

It would be nice if there was a way to set the language to Spanish for our Spanish speaking employees.

Hello Rita, We do offer options for the users to change some of our basic prompts to the language they prefer. For example: Punch In can be changed to Spanish, French, etc. by manually changing it. If you need any assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Being able to see via gps where the employee clocks in, and that they can do it with ease from their phones. Also the memo field, for a note to the Office Manager should they need to.

The scheduling feature isn't the easiest to use, so we just forego it. Otherwise we love everything about it!

Employees find it easy to use they use weekly as they clock in of mornings. Clock out at lunch and the end of the day.

If internet is down have to keep track of each employees time when they come in and when they are leaving for lunch and at the end of the day.

Fast and easy for all staff to manage their time. Easy for staff to check their logs before payroll.

Not having the availability to see where and when people punched in to avoid issues with all staff members.

Easy employee control, calculation for payroll is amazing exporting to qb accounting software. Most of our cologues still using old systems like paper timesheets.

Resets PTO every year instead of rolling over, making it very difficult to keep track of time accumulated individually.

Accurate website with day to day clock in/ clock out for your employees. As a manager you can easily make corrections if there is a problem or an employee for gets to clock in/out.

The software seems to be so user friendly that I can not really think of anything that needs updating at the moment.

Employees prefer this over other timeclocks I've tried in the past. It is simple to search history and the breakdown for different jobs. Can be accessed from any computer.

Needed more reporting options. Could use an area to mark notes like hospital days. Didn't integrate with my payroll system.

We have 2 locations with several shifts and it make's doing keeping track of my employees and doing payroll super easy and convenient.

I need something to remind my employees to punch in and out, like a reminder text

We Changed our pay week after using on the clock for 6 months or so and it was made us change the week for every week previous which was done manually

I like that it mostly works and is inexpensive. I also like that it's fairly simple to set up new employees and that their login info is emailed to them automatically.

I don't like that occasionally my employees are unable to clock in or out and I don't like that they're unable to enter their tips into this system for the purpose of reporting tips to the irs.

This software is really affordable and easy to use. It is all online so my data is always safe and backed up. I can send my payroll reports from anywhere in the world

some of the screen are not as crisp and well designed as they could be. The screens remind me of a windows 95 interface.

Easy to adjust pay, add vacation and holiday pay. Very user friendly.
