The goal setting, the meeting setup and the responsibilities are all good features which we use regularly. A google calendar invite is automatically added and that is good for remembering.

Clicking the buttons fun and easy. It is structured but allow for a lot of commenting which is very helpful.

I'm using it to measure the progress of my team in achieving their annual goals

It's easy to use but notifications can be better

My overall experience is ok.  It is neither the best or worst tool that I have used, to set goals.  I do use it because I have to, it is not something i prefer to use.  I would use this more if there was an option to change the look/ template.  I am constantly looking at my calendar throughout the day and week.  So maybe making a calendar template with editable lists would be great and if you can sync certain events with your calendar.

Insightful

The tool has minimum feature with less scope for customization. Need to provide ways to customize goals and rating based on  companies.

Ease of Use is low for Responsibilities & Goals, Poor Rating classification

Tracking my goals has gotten so much easier

Its very good tool to get the performance review of each and everyone with proper manner and it is very useful to get review of other and get notified what needs to be improved, what went well and next.

Very good tool

Given the nature of our job, we don't have much time to do touch base and follow up on career path and goal achievement. This app gives us an easy way to address this and helps us open the conversation to a broader spectrum of discussion and issue address.

Insights is great

The program works well as a system to help create and measure goals for employees.

Great features but missing some simple functionality

The benefits to this experience is being able to be critical of my own performance and what i need to do to grow in my performance. I am basically responsible for my myself and my work. I have the option on what I need to improve in or continue to improve.

Carol:                                                 Hi, I'm Carol. I'm a Laboratory Services Manager and I give Insights a four out of five. We use Insights to track employee progress, we use it for our annual performance reviews, and also a monthly one-on-one coaching and check-in. And the beauty of this is that we can take these monthly one-on-ones and compile it at the end of the year for a performance review. And it's all done through Insights and it's all very easy and quick. What I like most about Insights is that it allows for a compilation of data, gathering all the feedback and all of the goals and responsibilities of my employees over the course of the year, so that at the review time, I don't have to search my brain for anything.
                                                       What did the employee do? What did the employee not do? It's all right there. What I've found challenging, what I don't like about it is that I had a tendency to lose my specific meetings. If I missed a meeting or it started later and ended late, I had trouble finding the data, finding that individual event, and so I ended up starting over and then I had duplicates. And so then I had three or four meetings of the same thing, and so it had to be merged. So it was a difficult, maybe user error, but yeah.
