Overall, the benefits of paperbell continue to outweigh its benefits so I am happy with it. I still do look forward to seeing improvements especially in the areas I like least.

Overall, I think Paperbell is on the right path and is experiencing some growing pains. Their customer service has been responsive, and they are always accepting feedback and what could be improved - and most importantly, seek to implement changes based on that feedback.

I'm an ICF-Certified Coach. I use Paperbell for client management and tracking my coaching hours for credentialing and certification. Paperbell functions as a "low-maintenance virtual assistant". I can set it and forget it; it works unsupervised, and I love it. 

Paperbell is a must have for my Coaching business!

I love this platform. I can cut costs by paying one flat fee for CRM, booking, payment processing, and contract signing and booting all the other platforms! I was a bit skeptical after finding other semi all in one platforms too complicated and often WAY to expensive but Paperbell takes the cake!

Paperbell fits all my coaching needs, and the software is continuing to expand. The software is user-friendly,  and customer service is very responsive. Lauching a coaching business is scary enough,  but having Paperbell in my corner made starting a coaching business a smoother transition.

In terms of a course did you know that you can include videos, digital downloads, worksheets or basically any other type of "extra" right alongside your 1:1 or group coaching package? I enjoyed my initial trial phase and enjoyed much of what was offered but in the end, it was not the most ideal for me or the clients I help to find smart solutions. I do think it's a great option for established coaches looking to streamline their processes and I appreciate that they are still finding ways to improve their offerings.

Almost the Bell of the Ball

I was always looking for and wanting to offer art mentoring, but I knew that the logistics side would be way too time consuming. So when I discovered Paperbell I knew I needed it!

A Great Coaching and Scheduling Tool

I love that the questions I had while setting up were answered quickly and even demonstrated, so I could see how the features work. 

Paperbell is awesome!

I enjoyed my free trial but I did not feel comfortable migrating my client data into the system when they did not seem to have security features in place for data encryption or could not answer other questions most SaaS companies are ready to answer.

We do have practices for both data security and service interruptions, it sounds like we had a miscommunication on this one.

Paperbell is an excellent product. It syncs easily with my website and has so many automatic features that free up my time. I appreciate greatly how open they are to suggestions and how they are always working hard to create more helpful tools and features. Paperbell is also very user friendly, for myself and for my clients. I am very happy with my decision to go with Paperbell.

One thing I love about Paperbell is that they're constantly improving and upgrading. The Paperbell I signed up for last year was already a lot of bang for my buck (and I'm so glad I signed up for a full year, rather than month-to-month!), but the Paperbell of today is on a whole other level. 

For example,  I had an issue where the wrong Zoom link would show up in my scheduled sessions. Shortly thereafter, Paperbell sent an email saying that they had tweaked the online conferencing process such that I could plug my own Zoom link into the session more easily. 

I think I got a better feel for the calendar management process, but there's room for that process to be even more streamlined.

Paperbell Payment Platform Gets Better and Better

Thanks so much for sharing! Super to have had you on board for almost a year :-) I hope the calendar integration has started working more consistently now. In case there are still issues can you please reach out? I'd love to take a closer look at what might be going on.
