I enjoyed my free trial but I did not feel comfortable migrating my client data into the system when they did not seem to have security features in place for data encryption or could not answer other questions most SaaS companies are ready to answer.

Overall, I think Paperbell is on the right path and is experiencing some growing pains. Their customer service has been responsive, and they are always accepting feedback and what could be improved - and most importantly, seek to implement changes based on that feedback.

Enjoyable, but more stripped down than expected.

I appreciated how quickly I was able to set up my coaching/consulting services.

I was expecting to be able to invoice current clients rather than making them go to the website, set up an account, choose their package, and pay for it. It would be less desirable for new clients, but I definitely wasn’t going to have my current clients go through hoops because I decided to change my onboarding platform. It just doesn’t fit the relationship I’ve already built with them.

The last challenge would be the inability to incorporate coupon codes or discounts. Offering potential clients discounts based on attending my keynotes, buying books, and so on, is an integral part of onboarding.

I appreciate the product and look forward to updates! At this point, it isn’t robust enough for my business.

Scheduling, booking and delivering coaching - it's ideal for all of this!

Great all-in-one system for scheduling and payment for coaching clients

I had to create a landing page for a new product. Paperbell fit the bill in getting out a landing page and converting to sales after a webinar.  I had hoped it would allow me to share my program's files but it was constrained by files size limitations . In the end I mostly abandoned the platform when I couldn't communicate and share the materials to deliver the coaching program.

I'm definitely going to purchase the full version! The trial allows for you to have one customer sign up and the entire process. At only $40 it definitely makes sense to use considering the worth of my time.

I find Paperbell very useful and easy to navigate. I use the frequently asked question section a lot as well as the support section to help with any confusion I may have at the time. So far I haven’t had to make a call to the support center. Long story short, my overall experience is excellent.

Thanks for sharing your review! I understand how frustrating it must be to not be able to easily book for your clients. You are right that they would already have needed to purchase a package or you'd need to gift them. 

You could set up a package that has no availability inside but the ability to purchase. This way your clients would be able to purchase sessions and then when you're on the phone, you'd be able to easily book those in! Excellent Coaching Tool

                                                       I was using Calendly to schedule all of my clients and also a lot of other Google products, and I was looking for platform that had an all-in-one situation. So, I was comparing Paperbell and HoneyBook, and after utilizing Paperbell and using their free feature for a while, I did come to the conclusion that I wanted to go with Paperbell over HoneyBook and Calendly.
                                                       I ended up choosing Paperbell as the best platform for my coaching needs, one, because it is built specifically with coaches in mind. So, whether I want to do scheduling or share a resource, build different customizable packages, I could do that all with inside Paperbell, but what made it really appealing and attractive was that it is a very clean interface. There's not a ... you will not get feature overload, which is great, and there's a huge payment plan option, so you can customize all of your different plans inside one place.
                                                       When I first chose Paperbell, I did not have a client base. So, I was not moving people over, which did make it easier. However, I did use their integration. So, I immediately set up integrations with Xavier, my calendars and emails, a bunch of those different pieces, and it was fairly easy. I did have one question, was able to reach out to customer service, and they answered it right away and offered additional support even beyond what I expected. So, it was very easy to set up.
                                                       If you're considering using Paperbell as a coaching platform for an all-in-one service need, then I would recommend if you appreciate a clean interface with not overwhelming features, then this is the platform for you. If you need more robust features and integrations, then you may want to look elsewhere.

                                                       Before I was using Paperbell I wasn't using a dedicated software for coaches. I was using different methods like Calendly, manual methods really. Yeah, so I wasn't using any specific software for coaches. I found out about Paperbell by accident. I have used programs that were developed by the founder of Paperbell and so I got curious about this application. And when I started researching it, really I liked what it had to offer for coaches.
                                                       I liked that all the needs that I had as a coach and whether it was scheduling client management, payment, contract signing were all in the same place. And I just found it a very useful tool that would just really save me a lot of time and effort trying to do it manually or integrating different applications with each other.
                                                       Actually, it was very, very easy. Paperbell is a pretty simple application to use. I think it's still developing and it's still adding different features for coaches because it's fairly new. But it had a lot of materials to answer my questions. And also, whatever other questions I had, I contacted customer support and I was given an answer very quickly. So I found it very easy to learn. The learning curve was very small and I found it very easy to learn to use Paperbell.
                                                       My recommendation is to try it. I know that you can try it for free with one client and see how it goes. In my opinion, it's a really easy way to manage your clients, to set up appointments, and also to make sure that you don't have as many cancellations.
